Are you skipping Skylake if no redesign?

Exactly. There is nothing wrong with the current design. However I do think the next wave of Macbook Pro's will look more similar to that of the new Macbook. I also believe that Apple will be ditching the glowing logo on the lid like they have done with the Macbook.

I am happy with my 2015 Pro and won't be upgrading anyways, the only upgrade next year will be the iPhone, having an iPhone 6 at the moment.
 
Maybe a slightly thinner bezel is all that is needed but the form factor does not need changing. FingerPrint reader would be a welcomed addition, and perhaps a beefer speakers. Oh, and SIRI to keep me company ;)
