I’ve had my iPhone 13 for a little over a year and am still very, very happy. It’s my third iPhone. With the 14 out and the 15 at the door, I see no need to upgrade - - - Anybody else still enjoying their fast, accurate handsome little 13?

13 Pro here.
First iPhone, first "smart" phone!
71 years old, and never had anything but "flip" phones prior.
After 17 months, I'm still completely enamored with this thing!

Had the green 13 regular with the green leather case for nearly a year, brilliant and very good looking 👍 absolutely loved it! Shame they don’t have that color on more phones. Due to changed need for work I had to step up to a 14PM… otherwise I would still be rockin’ it! Have to share the last pick of the kit:

Yes, I am! I'm still loving my 13 and can't believe how fast and reliable it is! It's amazing how technology continues to advance and the 13 has kept up with the trends. There's no need to upgrade until something revolutionary comes out!
HA... I love my 13, but then again I upgraded an 8 to 13 so my next one is probably an iPhone 20

This is also my 3rd iPhone (I jumped on iPhone with Xs Max).
Very happy with this chunky beast, battery life is superb, iOS is incredibly smooth and fast on it, the camera is great and incredibly consistent, love how hefty it is and the display is pure perfection for all I do.
I am waiting to see the 15 Pro Max, if it is a good enough upgrade then I’ll probably pass the 13 PM on to a relative and jump on 15 Pro Max.

I’m still very much enjoying mine (especially since it’s pink
). The last pink phone I had was the 7 Plus.
This is exactly what my primary phone is (green 13 with the Apple green leather case). Being someone who has always gone for the space grey/black option in the past having a phone my favorite color has been awesome. Hopefully by the time I’m ready to upgrade there’s a new green option.
I had rocked an Apple Silicone Case in Clover on my green 13 mini for months after getting it March 2022, but due to the breakdown patterns of Apple’s Silicone Cases, I have been using the Clear Case with MagSafe for a while now. Sure, they still wear and crack, but they still offer superior protection in my experience. Given the protection factor, their cheaper price-point, and the fact they offer a relatively full glimpse of the device within, the Clear Case is a no-brainer
I am planning on holding onto my 13 mini until I either must replace it, or until Apple releases another modern and compact device. Luckily I have AppleCare in case the latter is little more than a far-away pipe dream.

Battery at 90% health and I was thinking of getting it done under Apple Care soon.
There will have to be some drastic changes on the 15 for me to upgrade.

Yes, I’m happy with my starlight 13 mini (no case, still perfect 😀). I’d like to upgrade to the 15 pro, but I’d miss the small screen which I love. 5.4” is just perfect for me.
I’ve used both the silicone and leather Apple cases over the years and the leather cases wear much better and are more than worth the extra $10. I actually used a 6s for 3 years, and while I had to replace the battery twice, the Apple leather case lasted all 3 years. 13 Pro Max here - also very happy with it.
I will keep it for as long as I can, but will see what comes with the 15 Pro Max, or the Ultimate. If it’s decent I’ll get it and pass mine down the family, as they are all moaning about wanting a newer handset, hence I generally pass mine down and they all trickle down the chain! Lol

I am keeping my 13 until I see some USB-C action on the next iPhone. Right now, the 13 is holding up fine, and it was purchased outright, so I don't have a need to go run out and buy the newest (unless like I said, USB-C, because being able to plug a flash drive into an iPhone would be a game changer, at least for me).

I am very happy with the phone, I have it since October 2021 and it's been quite reliable, I miss 3D touch tho ... also there are some occasional bugs but hey, nothing is bug-free
I am a bit concerned about battery ... my Xs Max was at 98% health after year and a half... this 13 Pro is at 89% and it ain't stopping

What’s amazing is how so many people say that the 13 is their 3rd iPhone, or roughly thereabouts.
I have the 14 Plus and it is just ‘another iPhone’ following the first ever iPhone all those years ago.
In fact, I had the iPod Touch which came out before the iPhone.

Same here lol — I went from an 8 Plus that I used for about 4 years to the 13. I’m with you on getting a new 20!
Actually, that is something to be proud of in my book - brand loyalty when you find something that works so well. I think if I would have gotten an early iPhone, I would have been like you. But I was swimming around in BlackBerry Land lol - very interesting devices - When I got my first iPhone, a 2016 SE, I was angry at myself because I realized what I had been missing!
My 2018 XS Max is at 87% battery health whereas my 13 Pro that I've had since late 2021 is at 90%. Doesn't really bother me that it's degrading much faster than the XS because I'm still getting excellent battery life. Ending the day around 50-60%. I plan on keeping the Pro just as long as I did the XS because battery replacement is always an option.
From an used iPhone X 256gb (82%), iPhone 12 Pro 128gb (97%) to this baby iPhone Pro Max 256gb I bought the month it was released, still rocking along with 100% battery health. I intended to keep this until something catches my attention: Space Zoom and USB-C. Then maybe I might buy that.
I had a 13 for a month and a half. Too big. Then I bought a 13 mini. Perfect size. Since this is knowingly the last mini iPhone I hope I will be able to keep it and use it forever.

Yes, still loving my iPhone 13 mini starlight. Great device and I hope Apple keeps a mini phone in the lineup.
Had a company iPhone 5, then 6 for a very long time, followed by the 13 mini.

Yes but between my 11 pro 256 gb I get 800 mb read and write while my 138 iPhone 13 gets 1000 read, and a pathetic mechanical hard drive 180mbs write.
