I feel the same way about when Target supports it with terminals and the store-issued credit cards.
That would be pretty darn impressive since the modern buckle is still not up for order on the UK store... When I got my SS I really wanted the modern buckle as my 'nice' band, but several weeks later with just the sports black one and I'm pretty happy with it. It's still the most comfortable watch I've ever owned, and I'm enjoying it. I use Siri on it when I'm on my own and its very accurate - even started dictating longer texts to the husband now with increasing confidence, whereas using Siri on my iPhone (through a good BT headset) usually ends in me giving up...Defiantly obsessed. I've had mine since launch day but I still look at it with awe lol
I'm still buying bands for it. I bought the classic buckle for it yesterday. When I bought it from selfridges they asked me what colour I was looking for which leads me to suspect that they might have the modern buckle in stock. However I had to resist the urge to ask as I didn't want to spend £340 on watch bands in one day. Give me a week or so and then I'll be on the hunt for a modern buckle.
I've had my Apple Watch for just over a week now, and I've had my link bracelet since Thursday. I find myself artificially looking at the watch far more often than I did when I had my boring old normal watch. You could say I'm still in the honeymoon period with it.
Has the excitement at looking at your watch died down for you now, or are you still "just checking" the time every 15 minutes?
Just to be clear, didn't you return your watch after less that 1 week?My 42mmSS is going back on Monday, after two weeks it's not for me.
I've found it to be the worst apple product I've owned.
It does nothing that my iPhone doesn't do better.
I have even stopped using my iPad as much as I used to, my apple bubble has burst and I can see myself as being iPhone only for any Apple products.
I can honestly see Apple killing this product line off.

I have 3 high end watches and haven't put them on since I put on the apple watch.
Got our watches in the first batch. Like/use them more now than when they arrived.Has the excitement at looking at your watch died down for you now, or are you still "just checking" the time every 15 minutes?
Heh, I'll bet those "I'm gonna wait for V. 2 slowpokes" are gonna be pretty bummed. It would be pretty cool for Apple to give us owners such a shot in the arm by increasing our resale values (but unlikely)I can honestly see Apple killing this product line off.
He returned one last Tuesday and is returning one tomorrow. Maybe he didn't like it because he had too many of them?Just to be clear, didn't you return your watch after less that 1 week?
Same here, sold a few and will sell another 2 and will keep only one for now. I will probably sell that one as well as I can't see myself wearing any other watch apart from the Apple Watch.
The End for high end mechanical watches for me, kind of sad but that's life, I'll get over it
The Apple Watch does the Smartwatch thing extremely well and will get better.
