I've only had it a week and it is currently unusable while I wait for a working charger to arrive. It's a bummer to be without it.

Had mine for almost two weeks now (AW SS w/classic band and added white sport last week) and while I don't think I'm obsessed either, my husband knows how much I like it. He's not convinced he wants one...yet. There are a lot of things I don't use it for so far (no Apple Pay yet, music, directions, activities also come to mind) and so haven't explored fully but will get around to, but I find it to be very convenient to have on and guess I really feel I'm not dressed without it anymore. Funny to think that given how when they announced AW I was like who's going to go back to buying a watch and wearing one? Battery life has been fine for me, never having to use Reserve yet.

It feels comfortable on the wrist so I don't even notice it's there except for the taps or bell for notifications. I have the haptic set all the way up but don't use the prominent setting and it works great for me. I like the soft chime as it's not offensive. Love that I don't have to carry my phone or purse with phone everywhere I go especially in our 2-story house. That is such a big plus. I set alarms on the watch all the time. Nice to quickly and easily pull up the calendar glance and scroll through, set events, and go into them for more detail when necessary. Love that I can ask Siri to make a phone call for me while driving since I don't have a connection in my car for hands free. iMessage on the wrist is great, still want to set a few custom responses but the ones pre-programmed are fine for most replies and I have sent voice replies too. I definitely don't use my phone as much and I love my 6+. I guess you can say I have a love affair with my AW right now and probably don't see it ending. It will only get better and deeper. Looking forward to having justone attractive watch with many bands to accessorize with what I'm wearing instead of a drawer full of cheaper watches for different looks like I use to have decades ago. Really do like some of the new things shown at WWDC.

I wear it daily. I don't play around with it as much but I now can't imagine going a day without, I workout with it, wear it casually with leather loop or Milanese for formal events

Defiantly obsessed. I've had mine since launch day but I still look at it with awe lol

I'm still buying bands for it. I bought the classic buckle for it yesterday. When I bought it from selfridges they asked me what colour I was looking for which leads me to suspect that they might have the modern buckle in stock. However I had to resist the urge to ask as I didn't want to spend £340 on watch bands in one day. Give me a week or so and then I'll be on the hunt for a modern buckle.
That would be pretty darn impressive since the modern buckle is still not up for order on the UK store... When I got my SS I really wanted the modern buckle as my 'nice' band, but several weeks later with just the sports black one and I'm pretty happy with it. It's still the most comfortable watch I've ever owned, and I'm enjoying it. I use Siri on it when I'm on my own and its very accurate - even started dictating longer texts to the husband now with increasing confidence, whereas using Siri on my iPhone (through a good BT headset) usually ends in me giving up...
Many of the other functions I've had in previous smart watches so possibly not so obsessed, although locking and unlocking my MBP with it has been my new toy this week. Everyone else in the house just thinks I'm a saddo...

My 42mmSS is going back on Monday, after two weeks it's not for me.
I've found it to be the worst apple product I've owned.
It does nothing that my iPhone doesn't do better.
I have even stopped using my iPad as much as I used to, my apple bubble has burst and I can see myself as being iPhone only for any Apple products.
I can honestly see Apple killing this product line off.

I canceled my order the day before it shipped because I thought that money was going to be needed elsewhere. After being able to do the repair myself instead of needing a buy a new one I am finding myself not as interested in getting it... yet. I realize this thread is more for those who have it but i was all over this forum in the weeks leading up and now I visit the forum every few days or more. Don't get me wrong I'd still like one but now I'm leaning towards using that money on other "wants" until a model comes out that can use the cellular network. Who knows? I have a vacation coming up in two weeks and just may end up taking a trip (3hr drive) to an apple store and purchase one.

I've had my Apple Watch for just over a week now, and I've had my link bracelet since Thursday. I find myself artificially looking at the watch far more often than I did when I had my boring old normal watch. You could say I'm still in the honeymoon period with it.

Has the excitement at looking at your watch died down for you now, or are you still "just checking" the time every 15 minutes?

Over a month later, the novelty has died down a little, I see it more of a tool than anything else (which is a good thing I think!). I still find myself admiring the way that it looks though :p

Just to be clear, didn't you return your watch after less that 1 week?

I have no idea why everything here seems to gravitate to the extremes...."I love it,
I hate it"....etc etc ...many crap posts from some that just wanna argue......

I was never obsessed...
I liked it then, I still like it now
The bands are fun to change out, the use daily is helpful, but my life would go on without it.
But it won't, I'm keeping it.

Interesting how everyone's expectations are different and clearly dependant on how we use our devices and organize our lives. To me to have such a vast population already using it or anxiously awaiting to order it (remember it hasn't hit stores yet or rolled out in too many countries), I think is quite a testament to how successful the Apple Watch is in general so I don't see Apple killing this product line off at all.

I won't go into why I like it, have done so on another thread or two I suppose, but I will comment that my iPad 2 is my go to device for accessing the internet and sending emails. Occasionally I'll pull out my MacBook Pro for those things but the iPad form factor is just perfect for being on a couch or lying in bed, well just about anywhere else I have used it. Given how much I use mine I am always surprised to see people say that usage/purchases are down. For any long term reading I prefer the larger screen over an iPhone for example, and I have the 6+. In fact plan to upgrade probably next go around.

I have 3 high end watches and haven't put them on since I put on the apple watch.

Same here, sold a few and will sell another 2 and will keep only one for now. I will probably sell that one as well as I can't see myself wearing any other watch apart from the Apple Watch.

The End for high end mechanical watches for me, kind of sad but that's life, I'll get over it :)

The Apple Watch does the Smartwatch thing extremely well and will get better.

Heh, I'll bet those "I'm gonna wait for V. 2 slowpokes" are gonna be pretty bummed. It would be pretty cool for Apple to give us owners such a shot in the arm by increasing our resale values (but unlikely)

Same here. I haven't worn either of my two high end mechanicals since I got my Apple Watch, and don't think I will. I'll probably be selling them at some point too. It'll be the end of an era, but life does go on. The Apple Watch has totally changed how I interact with technology for the better, I couldn't imagine being without it now.
