Unless Apple is going into the scuba diving business, that design is lame. No Apple goggles for me.
 
I'm very excited about this just to see what Apple will do to make this interesting.

This will prove if Apple can still make products that will change everything like the iPhone did.
 
The headset is interesting but more excited about Apple smart glasses. Seems like the headset might come out first.
 
I see a potential use case for these nerd goggles by allowing the wearer to identify unvaccinated individuals.
 
2022 looks like a banner year for VR. Facebook/Meta will most likely have a new version of the Quest and possibly launch their haptic gloves, now in alpha. Then along comes Apple, with a great track record for hardware but a sketchy past for social experiences (Hello, Ping). bHaptics will reveal their TactGlove at CES2022 in a little over a week.
Bring it on!
