I can not find iTunes Radio in my music app. I live in the US and also have a US Apple ID. The only way I can play the radio is by telling Siri to play it. I have no way of accessing it. How do I get it on the music app?
Try closing Music app by going to multitask view, swipe up, home, now open Music again. If that doesn't work, give your iPhone a power cycle.
Note: iTunes Radio tab is not a permanent tab like the others in Music, it will only appear if it is available. If you have "Use Cellular Data" turned off here: Settings>iTunes & App Store> then it will only work over wifi, will disappear when no wifi. If it is turned on, but you are traveling and do not have 3G or better data connection, it will stop/not show. If, for some reason, the server/iTunes Radio network is unavailable, it will not show, disappear.
*Those that don't have unlimited data or want to limit data use so as not to get throttled:
-Want to use cell data for iTunes Radio, but not automatic App Updates or the other items here? Set it this way:
Settings>iTunes & App Store> turn on "Use Cellular Data", "Updates", etc.
then:
Settings>Cellular>App Store (turn off), iBooks (turn off), iTunes Store (turn off), Music (ON)here also shows how much data you are using (if you Reset Statistics on the same day your monthly billing changes, you can track your monthly data usage).
Setting things this way turns on Automatic Updates and such, but limits them to wifi only, while allowing you to use iTunes Radio over cell data.

Does Traffic conditions require Next Destination to be turned on in the Today View of Notification Centre?
Yes. (I'm sorry, I have the whole bit turned off, so this option doesn't show.)
