Where is iCloud Tab in Safari? Missing?

On my iPhone and iPad, I can no longer find an iCould tab or button to see the links I have open on my other devices. It's probably staring me in the face but I can't find it nor can I find a setting that perhaps has turned it off.

Thanks.

App store

I've already made an Apple ID, but now i want to install Some free apps.

My question is how can I "finish" my account settings without a payment option because there are only 3 options + an itunescodethingy.

(Yet)I only want to install free apps.

Apologies for bad grammar, not a native speaker:)

I believe you can only do it when you are creating an Apple ID as part of an attempt to "purchase"/install a free app: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534

so my iphone is set up on a different icloud email than my parents ipad, theres no way they can get my messages on there ipad right?

It simply won't ask you for credit card info unless you try to buy something.

In the past I was able to make an account without a credit card which could download free stuff in two ways. Put in credit card in, then remove it. Or put a gift card in. Yeah that means you may have to spend $10.

This is bad for me because of how often I let my kids use my phone. I'll check out the user guide, thanks.

I just tested my iphone 5S. I have a default configuration but I do have touch ID enabled. If I download a free app it asks for a password. If I download an app I have already downloaded before it does not ask for a password. The apps you have downloaded before have a cloud icon.

Make sure you are testing correctly on a free app and not something you had before.

I tried all these Things, maybe it's different with the dutch payment options. I guess I'll just buy this gift card. Thanks for all the help :)

Just discovered another bug on my iPad 2 in iOS 7 - can someone see if they can replicate this on their iPad 2 (or try any iPad to see if it is the same):

When I go into the Settings app and then Wallpaper & Brightness and then on the right of the screen, you get the options to actually change the wallpaper and the brightness, well if you then again tap on the heading (back on the left of the screen), 'Wallpaper & Brightness', it always crashes back to the home screen?!

I tested this over and over again on my iPad 2 - even killing the Settings app from the multitasking row, however in each case, it always crashed back to the home screen......

Yep it definitely does that..... Well spotted... I have iPad 2 as well...

How do we go about reporting this to Apple - or can someone else do this for me?!

I haven't a clue mate.... but knowing how tech savvy people are on here, I wouldn't be surprised if someone has already logged it with Apple.....

How does the two letter code for a contact work? I see all my contacts in my favorites have a two letter code in a circle. Suppose a person is called Firstname Lastname, the letters FL are in a circle. What benefit does the two letter code provide?

The purpose of that circle is to show your contact's picture, that is, if you have a picture selected for that contact, it will show there in that circle. If you have not assigned that contact a picture, it will just show their initials. It's just a quick reference way of seeing who sent a certain message in the group chat.

Have you tried doing it as mentioned at http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534

That was one of the first things I did actually,
This is a screenshot, in dutch, but you probably too can see that all of the 3 options there, are creditcards etc. There schould be the option geen. But there isn't. I don't even think it's possible.

That's definitely strange.

Yes, I was downloading new apps every time. Looks like it has been fixed now as I just tried it again and it did not work.

Now, if I could just get the fingerprint scanner to work for purchases...

Cool. Thanks man.
