Is there a close all apps button/swipe?
I swear I read they are introducing that. Perhaps I was thinking it was request and mistakenly thought it was something apple introduced.
The most I can flick away like Palm OS is 3 at a time. better than 1 at a time before but close all would be great.

ios7 is complete new look of any OS till date... it is tempting n it shud be tempting fr sure...
no updates or tweaks to fix lag on i4
there is no such button or swipe....
shud wait for any app to be available in appstore for such things

I guess the importance question depends on the user.
I wish I could actually read the links in my notes. But now they are yellow and hard to see. Bold, large text, enhanced contrast do not help.
I wish I could see the buttons on the phone keypad and the other features. It is really hard for me to read - impossible for those with vision issues. Apple missed the accessibility mark here. And they were so good about it.
Let me configure my own color schemes, thank you. Clearly Sir Ive has better "vision" than I do.
You can only do it while Apple is still signing iOS 6. You would have to find the download for the iOS 6.1.4 (iphone 5) or 6.1.3 (all other iPhones) ipsw, and then download that on your computer, plug in your phone, and press the alt key, then either restore or update in iTunes, and select the file.
However, Apple only keeps the signing window open for a max of a day or so after they release a new version of iOS, so that window will probably be closed very soon.

I just downloaded the IOS7 and hate the graphics and found some bugs in it already. This ios7 is like windows 8 and they force it on you is you like it or not. That is why I am waiting for IOS8 for the IPHONE. Maybe Apple will learn to not try to copy Microsoft and the Vista & 8.
There are patches to software but when you have a bad produce it is hard to patch it.

download reqiured ios,
open itunes connect phone,
click on restore by holding shift key on windows or alt on mac..
thats it.

shsh blobs do nothing if you have an iPhone 4S or 5. If you are on these devices, you are limited to downgrading as long as Apple is still signing the old firmware. Once they stop doing this (within a few hours to a few days), you can no longer downgrade those devices under any circumstances.

windows 8 which is released now is just the begining.... they released it with less complexity in order to get adapted... next windows release is going to be more n more complexed for those who cant get begin to use win 8... this was said by win 8 developers team in some article....

No, you cannot. Only if you have an iPhone 4 or previous, and even then it's not as simple as that. But if you have an iPhone 4S, 5 or newer, it is not possible at all.

Are you running the default wallpapers? It probably works with others but I haven't tried it yet. Also, you really need to tilt around your device to see it.

When it's charged at 100% it still shows the charging symbol near the battery. I remember in iOS6 when it's fully charged the charging symbol was changed to wall plug symbol. Is it the same with you guys on iOS7 or it still shows charging symbol? Just wanted to make sure...

It only works with the iPhone 4S, 5, iPod touch 5g, iPad Mini, and iPad 3 and 4.
It will only work with static wallpapers, not dynamic. And it can't be a plain wallpaper - well it could, but you won't notice anything.
Take the default night sky wallpaper with stars. As you move your phone around, you should see the wallpaper moving behind the icons - giving the illusion that the icons are floating above the background. It's probably more subtle than you think it is. Give it a shot.

Yes that is how it works on iOS 7. Don't worry, you're not having an issue.
Oh thanks it works lol yeah using the default not the dynamic ones though. Just using the white tree ones. Hate to say it but this OS is growing on me now already.
itunes 11.1 on 10.6.8
downloaded ios 7 on my phone, and (thought i had) downloaded itunes 11.1 on my mac which is running on OSX 10.6.8.
However it kept saying it still needs to update to 11.1 to sync with my phone, but however many times i check for update, it says its already up to date. But it is actually only running itunes 11.0.5...
Will the new itunes only work on Lion onwards?

Download iTunes 11.1 directly from Apple's website. Just google Apple.com iTunes and it should take you to the iTunes page. Click the download tab, and then download where it says iTunes 11.1
