ATT is fine if you have the coverage. I find most of the complainers don't have coverage, that's not exactly an easy to fix problem...there will be areas that don't have coverage. Everyone should check their coverage area before purchasing cell service.

So far ATT and TMO are the best companies I've found with TMO having the best customer service and prices. But, ATT has the best coverage in my area and the best phones.

My only complaints have been dropped calls (even with a strong signal) and no MMS. At least that's is coming. Otherwise calls are usually crystal clear.

The media blitz from the "big 3" cell companies cracks me up. Verizon has the Largest and Most Reliable 3G Network, Sprint has America's Most Dependable 3G Network, and AT&T has the Nation's Fastest 3G Network. I still remember the old AT&T commercials about "more bars in more places". In fact, just the other day, a call dropped and I immediately looked at my phone...I had 4 bars of 3G. So, while the ads were true, having bars doesn't necessarily equate to having service...apparently. That same day, I tried to place a call while having 5 bars of 3G service...the call failed 4 times in a row before I finally gave up.
