AT&T Apple Watch Ultra Preorder and Shipping

Ordered through AT&T on 9/9 at 8:22 AM est. green alpine band. Estimated delivery of Sept 23 - Oct 7. Order status: On hold

That’s not accurate. Preorders with release delivery always ship before release day and arrive on release day. My 14PM shipped on Tuesday last week but was held by FedEx per AT&T until Friday.

Mine shipped from Texas yesterday and says to be delivered today. It’s now in Atlanta (where I live) but not out for delivery yet. FedEx doesn’t have the hold until release date like it usually does, so I’ve got my fingers crossed it might actually be delivered today.

Yes. It arrived Friday on launch day. My order said it would ship by 9/15/2022. It was shipped with priority overnight via FedEx. If the hold was not on the package it would have been delivered Wednesday.

Have you checked on the desktop site? I couldn’t see the hold on the app or mobile. When I logged in the desktop site it showed an alert that the package was not able to be delivered until Friday 9/16 per shipper instructions.

Just checked on desktop and no hold there either, and it just updated to being at my local fedex facility a few min ago. My iPhone did have the hold, but this doesn’t
 
My Ultra Orange Alpine Loop is out for delivery this morning!

I just checked att and now my ship date is by 10/7! Original eta was 9/23-10/7.

So I placed an order with BB for same configuration and says 9/23 plus I get $200 trade in for S7; AT&T was $160.

Is that under the myAT&T app?
When I log into the website it shows 10/7, in the app it shows 9/23-10/7

If you clicked order details it should show the original window of 9/23 -10/7. The "snapshot" view shows latest date shipping should occur I believe.
