Green Alpine Loop in large, order placed on at&t website at 7:56 am ET on 9/9. Status still says "on hold" with expected to ship: 9/23 to 10/7. No change since order was placed

Have only the orange alpine band been confirmed to have shipped so far? Or has any other band had a status change yet?
 
Another odd thing I noticed on my AT&T account today: I currently have an Apple Watch series 4 that I am upgrading the line on when I ordered my Apple Watch Ultra. I noticed today that the line that I am upgrading now says 36/36 payments (to reflect that I ordered the Apple Watch ultra with installment payments), but now it says the device is an Apple Watch Series 3 Nike+ - 38mm under my devices. I have never owned this watch. Anyone else notice anything weird under their devices on the at&t account page on the line that they used to order the Apple Watch Ultra under?

Just checked mine and it did that as well (same series and all), never owned that watch either.

Ordered 8:20 white diver on launch day shipping still says between 9/23-10/7.

My guess is some configs hit wear houses early and got shipped. Congrats to new owners!

Good to know it's not just me then! They must be using it as a placeholder while they switch things over in their system. Hopefully we all get that good luck and get that tracking update today! Fingers crossed

Same thing here. My current series 5 is no longer listed and replaced by a Series 3 Nike. Been like since shortly after I ordered.

Yeah I noticed that on mine also after I placed the order
 
I really wish we had some insight on how AT7T ships orders. They definitely do not go by order date/time it appears.
This would be great. I’ve called and used the chat feature and asked about the processing and shipping, but no one can give me an answer.

No, I have received 2 of my 3 orders with the Midnight Ocean band. The 3rd was on a separate order and still had not shipped.

I have escalated with a contact I have at AT&T headquarters and will hopefully have some insight soon I can share.

Have had a white ocean band on order since the 10th and it still says on hold with 0 movement, about gave up on it as I have an order with BB, will see which ships first

First report of the thing actually getting some movement, my order was placed 1 day later and is still sitting on hold forever
