It does. Hopefully there are enough of us that it means there is a shipment that just hasn't gone yet because of the weekend.
 
Have t read through the whole thread as I just wanted to see if anyone else was in the same boat as me…got a ship date in the second week of October (first week for an extra band)….both were pushed out 3-5 days last week when orders were delayed….and now both scheduled to arrive THIS week (in two days actually).

I wouldn’t mind so much that they are shipping early, but I actually ordered my watch/extra band AFTER the pre-order date as I am moving to a new house next week and wanted to make sure they arrived after I was there.

I have the watch on hold for 5-6 days at UPS so they HOPEFULLY deliver after I arrive. The band shipment is not letting me edit yet despite notifying me on Saturday that it would ship early (watch notification came last night…coming direct from China).

Anyway…first world problems…but after a big article from MacRumors on the delays, looks like Apple is catching up and then some!

I talked to AT&T escalation department after they opened the case and they couldn't tell me who had it or where it was. I had them reset my upgrade and I ordered it straight from Apple. Who knows when I'll get it now but I have more hope with them since they delivered my new airpods on Friday. Good luck.
 
Welp I might be preaching to the choir, but att is as deceitful as they get.

The first CS guy (who is know as dick weasel) let slip out that they oversold their allocations. When I asked dick weasel why ATT would print out labels for items they weren’t actually shipping he passed me off to his supervisor. When pressed for answers on why att printed bogus labels for items they didn’t have their “supervisors” couldn't to give me a strait answer and blamed Fedex. The supervisor (hence forth known as shitbird) let me know if the order doesn’t arrive by the 30th then I can go ahead and file a lost in transit report. What shitbird didn’t want to or couldn’t say is when the watch would actually ship. I asked if they can correct the order and mark it as backordered so I can get a notification when the watch is retagged as shipped. But shitbird said I would have to cancel and reorder the watch which would put me at the end of the line.

So if you currently have an order with ATT for the AWU and it hasn’t moved past the creation of a label then know this, they oversold their allocations of the watches. Some ass clown at their warehouse authorized the creation of fedex labels without the inventory on hand. Honestly I think ATT did this on purpose. They oversold their allocations, kept the expected delivery dates so you wouldn’t jump to a different retailer and printed bogus labels to blame fedex for not having the watch delivered.

I can’t disagree with you on anything you stated - Those named folks mention above also told me they don’t have the watch as it was shipped Thursday and just want to blame FedEx - They leave us hanging with no choices - They won’t cancel the order or place another because they say it shipped all kinds of BS !
 
It seemed like they are getting paid bonuses not to give strait answers. First they said it had shipped on the 22nd. When I told them that I never received my order and that only the label was created they changed it up and blamed fedex. Then I told them that fedex claimed to have never taken possession of the watch when I chatted with them earlier in the day. From what I gathered since the 22nd is that no one know squat and will try to pass the blame to someone else. The first CS guy gave me a delivery date of the 26th to the 30th of sept. Then the next CS guy wouldn’t give any delivery dates only that it’s on it way. I told them that I’ll give them a call on the 29th since they assured me the watch will be delivered on the 30th. It makes me wonder how many levels of CS do you have to go through before you get to the truth?
 
Welp the watch never arrived and fedex tracking never changed past label creation. Call up ATT, they blacklisted the watch and ordered a new one. Mid Oct till I get mine now.

Placed my order for aw ultra with green small alpine band on 9/27 received it on 9/28

I feel it’s not to big for me at all here is my previous 5 on top of the Ultra - I’m enjoying the extra battery life
 
How are AT&T Time frames for the Apple Watch Ultra going. I took my stainless steel model back to Apple, and ordered my Apple Watch Ultra thru AT&T. Now is the long wait. They didnt have any at AT&T or Apple.
 
Really depends on the band you want. I have beefy wrists and need a large band. The wait times seem to be much shorter for the small sizes. If you plan to use a different watch band aside from what comes with the watch then I suggest to just buy one with a quickest ship date.

I ordered the alpine green large. it was the only one the AT&T rep showed me that shipped the soonest. I ordered on 9/28 with a ship date of 10/12-10/19. Im hoping its not later then that, sooner would be better.
 
Been watching the Apple Store online, hoping an Ultra with orange alpine large would pop up locally. Noticed that the earliest shipping delivery date has been hovering around November 15 for the past week -- today it advanced by almost two weeks, to November 2. Looks like supplies are starting to settle down.
 
trying not to get excited, but my order changed from “working on it” to “Great news! We're just about ready to ship your order.”

Expected to ship 10/4-10/11
