ETA: And geez, people, stop being "pissed" about approximate wait times. The times are likely to move up a bit, don't freak out. They probably got millions of orders this morning, give them a little time to sort things out. And ultimately if you don't like it go buy elsewhere if you think you can. There is a LOT of demand and the 6+ is apparently in limited quantities for whatever reason. Chill.

Well it's one thing for an order very close to 9/19 to be moved up, but for those of us who have estimates of 10/31 or later, I just don't see how it'll move up to near launch day.

ugh cancelling premier is impossible.

Customer Support # just hangs up on me saying they have technical difficulties.

When the iPhone 5 was announced, I pre-ordered through Apple.com around 6am in the morning, my iPhone came a week after the release day. My co-worker ordered his iPhone 5 through AT&T Premier eight or so hours after me, and his confirmation e-mail told him it would should 21 buisness days. However, he got his iPhone on Launch day. He told me that AT&T Premier is a seperate entity and has their own stock of phones (seperate from AT&T) and that Premier customers are prioritized in front of normal at&t customers. I am not sure if this is true, however he did get his iPhone on launch day.

Knowing this information, I wanted to try my co-workers method. So this year I pre-ordered my 64gb iPhone 6+ through AT&T Premier and around 6:30am CST and got the "Ships in 21-28 Business Days" message.

If At&t does, in fact, prioritize it's Premier customers, we should see the shipping estimates get bumped up over the next few days.

I cancelled my premier order by clicking the Order Status link in the confirmation email, filling in the confirmation number and my billing zip code, then clicking the blue Cancel Preorder button.

I think people should not cancel any preorders. Wait a few days for the whole system to fix itself.

Are you sure? Mine says we'll send you an email to confirm you want to cancel the preorder, never got an email, never saw it cancelled.

it just redirects to that page entering order # and billing zip.

Attached is what I get... Preorder Processing

I got the same, then a call from my CC company seeing if I made 5 similar purchases this morning from ATT. I said no, just one. The ATT send me an email with the WRONG PHONE NUMBER to call (S/B 866 not 888 for premiere) that my CC was declined, well yeah, you charged it for the same amount 5 flippin times but your want to charge it once more

Look for the Pending Confirmation Email or Call Premiere and get it straight. Not my ship date is after 09/19 :(

Yeah I see like 5 $1.00 charges from them and two charges for the amount for two phones. What the heck, how much authorizing did they do?

Every time I try calling Premier CS it says "technical difficulties, try again later"

Wait so if we ordered through premier regular ATT support won't help us?

Same, I have 8 temp. holds from ATT. 3 are for the full cost of the phones and the other 5 are dollar holds. Didn't get a call from Amex so im assuming all is well.

Email is delayed. I eventually got 3 of them and clicking one of them sent me a confirmation email pretty quick. But it only says your cancellation request has been submitted, doesn't say it's actually cancelled.

I went ahead and ordered from Apple anyway. If they come back to me with another phone at least I have email to prove I did submit cancellation request.

Yeah right now I have 3 holds for $1, they actually havent charged me for the full amount yet.

it would appear not.

I knew not to order through AT&T, but then again, Apple Store wasn't working. I only got one order in on that barely for myself, but have to change the mailing address on that too since the account address isn't same as mine (i.e. i don't live with my folks). calling apple says too many calls to connect me and hangs up. I'm sure I can get that sorted though before it actually ships, not a buggy...

As of right now Apple Store works perfectly as far as I can tell with September 19th ship dates for i6 64gb black, and I'm still tied up since my lines aren't eligible and I don't believe I was able to successfully cancel the 'pending' order :(

One says "order processing ships by 17-18th" other says "pending ships by September 23 to October 3rd" that's a pretty big span and sucks considering when I ordered it the email said it will arrive on September 19th.

bah..

Did email go to the one you originally registered with Premier or the one associated with the order? How much of a delay? You got your upgrade eligibility back right away?

I want to sort this, i stayed up late last night to hopefully have it all sorted.

it just redirects to that page entering order # and billing zip.

From the email 1st email: We've received your request to cancel preorder **** for Apple iPhone 6 (64GB Space Gray) To confirm that you want to cancel this preorder, click this link.

When you're finished, log in to Premier to verify the Cancel Preorder button on the Order Status page is dimmed. This confirms that your cancellation request is in process.

2nd Email: Your request to cancel preorder ***** for Apple iPhone 6 (64GB Space Gray) has successfully been submitted.

Hope this helps. Also, I called AT&T directly from my phone and got through in about 30 minutes. Didn't call the Premier line, just 611 from my phone.

So you got the order cancelled and eligibility reset from calling 611?

So what are my options if this ridiculous time frame doesn't change and I want to try my luck standing in line? Would I have to cancel this online order or could I just leave it "just in case" and cancel if they have my phone in store on the 19th?

If you want to try and get it sooner you could go wait in line next Friday. I'm almost positive they're not going to have any 6+'s at carrier stores so I'm not even going to try. You may have better luck at an Apple Store but I don't have one around here. I'm just going to wait it out. I'm optimistic those times will get bumped up.

so mine is fully charged 1907 bucks and current ship date : 10/13/2014 to 10/22/2014 (was 14-21 days on when ordered)

Arrives on or around 11/9/2014-11/27/2014 (atm for att new orders and possibly previous ones ) DAMNNNNN IPHONE 6 PLUS IS ALREADY OUT FOR 2 MONTHS....:mad::mad:

So you got the order cancelled and eligibility reset from calling 611?

I got the order cancelled by email and then called AT&T right after because I was concerned about eligibility. The rep confirmed my order was cancelled and there would be no problem processing my order through Apple. She said the system checks eligibility but doesn't actually confirm you ordered a phone and lock you in until 24 hours later.

Kudos for being the tester lol.
