well idk becuase I only pressed order once and just received one confirmation email..im not sure but I saw I had three charges for $1 on my bank account so idk what the issue is. You cant call anyone for any info and all the chat lines are offline and everything. I meant to ask the reps that were downstairs in my office today since I work for corporate AT&T.

Well just so you know. This is the second time fraud protection has stopped a legitimate purchase. Furthermore I have had crooks try to use my credit card and they succeeded.

Orders for travel service from china = not suspicious.
Order from ATT in America =suspicious

Like I said, my Apple order want through, my ATT one didn't; same credit card, explain that.

Furthermore a component company should be aware today is the iPhone launch and to flag transactions from ATT.

everyone's was 14-21 days before it changed to 19 or oct 1 or oct 13 or nov 11

It was a joke, I was insinuating AT&T are crooks. :)

611 worked. Cancelled both preorders over the phone, got the cheaper pricing on Apple store, and ship date of 9/19 for all three :D
 
OK, wow, this sounds like my exact story now. Apple store down, got though on ATT, got an email saying 9/19 a couple of hours later. Got an email from AMEX for fraud. *(kind of crazy since I have bought at least 4 iPhones on launch day with this same credit card, but the multiple $1.00 holds I can see being a problem) Told them it was OK, called ATT and put my number back in, then talked to a rep who was totally clueless. All this time, I can't get in to track my order. When I finally do, I see the order is now 9/23-10/2. I checked the Apple site and that phone is showing 9/19 delivery date. So, I am tempted to try and cancel and re-order and try to go with Apple.

So how long after you got off the phone with them were you able to complete the upgrade order with Apple?
 
I ordered a 16gb silver plus at 3:15am est time. Immediately a $1 charge hit my account. When I woke up the confirmation email was received at 6:47am est and my order confirmation says pending shipment with a delivery day if 10/31-11/11 with my installment fee pending in my account.

I'm pretty butt hurt about this whole process, with some having early access and still ordering 15mjns after pre order opens with a month wait is pretty crazy. I'll wait and see what happens.
 
Ordered my iPhone 6 Silver 64GB at 8:20am PST through Premier, received my confirmation shortly thereafter. Shipping date says 9/23 to 10/2.

Still hopeful for delivery on 9/19 as AT&T has under promised and over delivered in the past, especially with Premier accounts.

Status online says "Preparing to Ship"

P.S. Still don't like AT&T

Did each line at a time didn't wanna potentially botch or wait on two when one was expected to ship September 19th. Did it while over the phone so instant.
 
I am so glad so maNy are canceling their att pre orders. You are increasing my odds of getting mine on the 19th like my email said.
 
So I ordered the phone around 3.30 EST for i6 64gb Gold through ATT premier. I got the email confirmation around 7am stated that I will be getting my phone on or around 9/19. My BoA got charged for $1 since last night, nothing has been updated after the first email. My order status (premier) still say "Pending", should I be worry that I might not get the phone on the 19th?

I guess I shouldn't have woken up to order since Apple still have the phone available for 9/19.

I am soooo pissed right now. You're right complete run around with no way to talk to anybody about canceling my order. I can't even order from Apple because my upgrade is tied to stupid AT&T. I am set to be charged over one hundred dollars in tax. How is this even legal?

My credit card $1 authorization went through at 3:05AM EST (5 minutes after the preorders launched.

Shipping 11/09-11/27.

Going to cancel my preorder and switch to Verizon (since my contract's up...), wait in line like a schlub on Friday, unless AT&T sort this out.
 
Good, Goood cancel all your preorders, they won't come in time you know it to be true!!!

Ps, can't wait for my order to get bumped up thanks to all the cancels hah Honestly I think its just a made up date so they cover their bases. I ordered 5 min early for the 6+ and mine said 10/13-10/22 so I think its safe to say it will be here friday.
 
Can anyone help me out

I ordered a 64 GB iphone 6 today through att premier. I instantly received an email but it says order pending and shipping pending. At first there was only a 1.00 charge to my card but now the full 300 is there and mu upgrade is gone, but still no word on shipping. Just seeing if this has happened to anyone else and how long it took to get shipping info. Thanks for the help!
 
I ordered mine at 8:00am this morning, and AT&T has already charged my the full amount for my iPhone 6 64GB silver.

Hopefully that is good news for both of us! Friday, here we come! :cool:

Based on news in this thread and threads in other forums.

There are plenty of At&t iphone 6 4.7" everywhere. It is the At&t 6 plus that is sold out online at business premier, online nonpremier at&t, local store, etc with ridiculous shipping times for people who order exactly at midnight.

As of now 5pm, my iphone 6+ order status is still pending confirmation.
