My cancel button also disappeared!!! Awesome!, I think hehe. Well I'm on the 10/13/14-10/22/14 boat too. But reading on everyone's post before mine I am very optimistic about a D-DAY surprise or close to that!

My cancel button disappeared on Sunday 9/14/2014.

Hope I get it this or next week.

That's interesting. My cancel button just disappeared too. Half of me thinks we will get them on Friday and the other half of me thinks I just can't be that lucky.

Meh. Im on the same boat. We shall wait and see!!! Actually what is really gonna happen is that we are always gonna be here until our phone gets to us! hehe.

My cancel button disappeared while I was on hold with Premiere. When I finally got a representative, she said she could still cancel my order...

Just chatted with an AT&T support person. She said she couldn't give me any more info than what their site says. After holding for 30 minutes. 6 to ship next week, 6+ in mid-October.

Just got off from ATT PREMIER CHAT. All she did was read the status online. And admitted she had no other way of verifying other that reading what comes up on the web. Not helpful at all.

Both of my cancel buttons disappeared. Ordered through AT&T Premier. :)
#1 16gb gold IP6+ scheduled for 10/02-10/13
#2 64gb silver IP6+ scheduled for 10/02-10/13

I just checked on the premier status page and my cancel button has also disappeared but my status still says "Preorder Processing: Pending Confirmation"

Not to burst anyone's bubble, but... I don't think the disappearing of the Cancel Order button has anything to do with your order being shipped:

Change or cancel an order

We're sorry, but because we begin processing your order as soon as we receive it, you can't change or cancel an order placed on the AT&T Premier website. However, after placing your order online or over the phone, you can:
Refuse the delivery of your shipment.
Return the purchase using the return label and instructions that are included in your welcome kit. For details, read our Wireless Return Policy.

Did anyone use next to preorder their phone and have to do something extra like agree to the terms in an email or something? The rep I'm talking to says that I was supposed to accept something for Next but when I look at the agreement they sent me in my confirmation email, it already says I electronically agreed to the terms on the 12th.

No man sorry. I just went directly to the 2 year agreement. I change iPhone's every two years. You know, when mayor changes happen.

Mine cancel order button just disappeared. Hope that's good news... 6+ 128GB SG ordered at 12:45AM Pacific.

What I'm afraid of is they just removed the button because so many people were frantically canceling just because of their shipping dates.

just had this convo with live chat

for 2 6 plus

Tanika McCrary: because of the massive order that apple has received for these new phones the phones all have been pushed out for delivery. A lot of the 6 plus's are being pushed back into Late october early November. The regular 6 is being pushed forward an extra 2-4 weeks.

cristian araujo: so the rep that told me all phones ordered on the 12th and 13th will be overnight shipped and received on the 19th lied?

Tanika McCrary: Originally that's what was suppose to happen. But that was before the orders came in as fast as they did. Now we have to follow the dates that are on order track. The customers that ordered sooner (the first day) will still be the first ones with the phones whenever they are shipped

cristian araujo: this was told to me today

Tanika McCrary: What was?

cristian araujo: that pre orders ordered on the 12th and 13th would be over night shipped and delivered on the 19th. That the pushed back dates are pretty much a glitch because of the massive pre orders

Tanika McCrary: That may be true, as far as I know we are being told to follow the dates listed in the order tracker. If another rep told you it would be shipped over night they may know something that I do not. I do hope you get your device overnight though
cristian araujo: ok thanks

Well, I can't say no to that for sure because I don't work for AT&T, but being a developer I'd be shocked if that were true. I would have to believe that AT&T has a moratorium on software updates right now, and unless they pre-planned by being able to set some type of flag on all pre-orders to remove that button, and use a field as a flag that didn't already have some other meaning in their system, I can't see it. Could be totally wrong, but I know at the company I work for, at certain times of the year that are important for the industry we're in, we are not allowed to do software updates to any products that are customer facing.

I have that exact estimated date. Changed from 10/31/14-11/11/14. I can still see the cancel pre order button and my cars was charged but it doesn't appear on my banking website it does appear or our internal banking systems ( I work for a bank ) as fully processed.

I wonder why they have that "cancel" button on there? It hasn't worked for anybody that I know, including me. After I clicked on the button, it would just take me back to the order status page. I used my iPhone to cancel, then I got an email saying that it could not be changed.

I even called the Premier number, only to be told "yes we cancelled it" and then "Oh, it kicked out the cancellation. Sorry" Then they told me to take it to an AT&T store for the return. I wonder if I could sell it in the parking lot for a profit?

When did you order? They told me that they could cancel mine also, until they actually tried and it failed. That was after waiting for 30 minutes two times.

I think we are on the same wave length. I just meant that since they have the functionality of preventing canceling based on the stage of the order process that they might be utilizing that. With all the hoopla about shipping dates I doubt I want to see what their tables look like.

But I don't work for AT&T.

You better be right cause i also lost my cancel button and on the same time frame!!!!!

Is there any sense at all to the dates or are we just reading tea leaves? I've seen a lot of people referencing the 10/13-10/22.

I'm 10/2-10/13. I was one of those who got my order in before 12:00 PST (~11.58) via premier. My cancel button disappeared a few hours ago. It would be nice to get it friday.
