I may have made AT&T mad

I was a premier customer. Now my login doesn't work and the order number isn't valid in their system. I can still see it through the myATT portal. Perhaps the Twitter comments irritated someone.
 
No new status update

Anyone get a tracking number? My status is still the same. Guess I'll be getting mine in after October.
 
I am of the opinion that the 128GB phones were produced in a lower initial quantity, so maybe they just didn't get enough of them out. It appears that most of the people getting a later ship confirmation email are waiting on the 128. My order was for a 128 gold, I expect to get that email soon. Blerg.

My cancel button is back too. Don't think it's just AT&T. Girlfriend ordered hers ten minutes after I did (3:35 AM EDT 12-Sep) and has had "Delivered by 14-Oct ever since.

None the less a disappointing. Can't imagine my consternation if I had actually slept in!

Yep, it's back here too. It doesn't actually work, however, because I tried to cancel with it a couple days ago. They won't cancel your order, it just jumps back to the login screen.
 
I work in IT, if I am manager there i would fire that team : Button that does not actually work !!!! what a company !!!! :D

Well this sucks. Still have the 10/2 ship window and the charge dropped off my card. It really is weird that people who ordered after I did managed to get their orders completed and shipped for tomorrow. What sort of algorithm are they using to carry out this "first come first serve" policy when that happens?

Agreed. So far shipping confirmation has been the very definition of random, which point to the idea that the algorithm is "Wow, what a massive pile of preorders-let's just start plugging away in no particular order." Kind of like getting a barrel of pennies, and putting them in rolls. That's all well and good, except they did state "first come, first serve." Messy

Totally agree. I really think it's our premier status. Two years from now, will def not go thru this. Will wait for the apple site.
 
This is the way I see it. I am losing hope, but at the same time I ordered an iPhone 6 and its currently in Texas. Until that shipment arrives in FL, I will have hope because it means that they can still fit my iPhone 6 plus in the truck/plane over here.

Once it is no longer in Texas, and I still haven't received shipment notification, then I will see about that line. Luckily my local AT&T store doesn't get a crazy line, did it last year for iPhone 5S (arrived at 4:30 AM, and was 6th in line)
 
I received a text message last night that my phone number was now renewed for a 2 year contract. I guess it was just an automated message but hope it is tied to the phone about ready to ship. My ship still says preparing with a date of 10/2 - 10/13. My hold charges have finally dropped which was kind of good because I was double charged but it also means they haven't charged me for the phone which usually happens before it ships.

My wife's iphone 6 I have a tracking number for (arrive tomorrow from UPS) and ATT still hasn't charged my CC. I am in the same boat as you but for my 6+, there is still hope.

I'm in Houston and no tracking. Just like my email this morning saying it won't arrive until 10/2-13, guess I'll have to wait. :(

Me too, received like 3 minutes ago, BUT... Also emails saying iPhone 6 9/17-9/18. So that makes me think that are automated emails to get the actual status of what we already know from status order page.:cool: , lets be positive and think that.. :/

Couple Less Orders in the Queue

Don't think anyone will be moved up the queue though. Ship date was 11/27 with order placed at 12:10 on the 12th. WTF. Tried calling customer service for three days. Got hung up on 5 times, each after waiting an hour on hold. Finally got through and they said "oh we see that the order was canceled internally and replaced on the 15th, not sure why though".

This is the last straw and canceling my business account with them. I don't think they get how bad this makes them look. Especially when evaluating other services. Uverse, haha don't think so. Recommending them to anyone else, F no.

Fed up with their BS. Its a clear example of a bureaucracy. No one knows what is going on, logistics are a joke, management clearly doesn't care and customers suffer.

Only recourse I have is to cancel my service. I urge anyone else as pissed as I am to do the same.

Premier customer here. I ordered my iPhone 6 Plus 128GB Space Gray at 3am eastern time last week. Shipping date is 10/2-10/13 and status is pending shipment. Noticed today that they put back the funds in my bank account. Does anyone know why that is?
I assume at this point that I will not be getting the phone tomorrow. I'm going to try this weekend to see if I can snag one elsewhere. Does anyone know if it's possible to cancel my order and how long it takes to get my upgrade back? Your feedback is much appreciated.
