Premier customer here. I ordered my iPhone 6 Plus 128GB Space Gray at 3am eastern time last week. Shipping date is 10/2-10/13 and status is pending shipment. Noticed today that they put back the funds in my bank account. Does anyone know why that is?
I assume at this point that I will not be getting the phone tomorrow. I'm going to try this weekend to see if I can snag one elsewhere. Does anyone know if it's possible to cancel my order and how long it takes to get my upgrade back? Your feedback is much appreciated.

It was just an authorization hold. They fall off after a certain number of days depending on your card issuer.
 
Yep, it's back here too. It doesn't actually work, however, because I tried to cancel with it a couple days ago. They won't cancel your order, it just jumps back to the login screen.

I am tempted to try it out, however, I am absolutely terrified it'll work..

I'm now told my wife's 6 has shipped, no tracking #, but my + hasn't.

Same with my wife's iPhone 6. The website still says Pending but after calling the 877 number I got a tracking number. So it's shipped but the system hasn't been update yet.
It looks like most 6's will be going out on Friday. Plenty of 6 stock. 6+ not so much.

Expected shipping of 10/2-10/13

Has ANYONE that has expected shipping of those days gotten a tracking? I have seen a lot of people that had Sept. shipping dates have gotten tracking but any iPhone 6+ ones gotten any?

I did go to the local At&t store yesterday and the store employee said

"I have been through this 4 times and every time everyone gets their tracking on Thursday night, do not cancel the order. Wait for it Thursday night and it will be there Friday"

What do people think?

I used the link in the page that appears after I hover over support and click contact us. Premier just means you have a business discount, correct? Is it possible to use the 'regular' chat when having a premier account? Not sure why you seem to be so incredulous, it's not like I gain anything if I were to post a fake chat.
 
At this point it would be a pleasant surprise if I got it tomorrow even though I ordered and had a confirmation at 2:39EST. If I do get it...Awesome, If not that is when I will be calling and asking about reimbursement not because I feel entitled more that I feel I was taken for a ride because I am a Premiere customer...:(

Here you go, pretty much ATT telling you, sorry you were right you'll have to wait for your iPhone.

Got the same email earlier this morning. Funny how I ordered five minutes before midnight and order confirmation thirty minutes later. Others ordering as late as 9am received tracking.
 
From what I know, the reason why all the orders got pushed back is due to it being from premier.

From what I was told is that your phone gets placed in the ship cue once AND ONLY ONCE the terms and conditions gets accepted.

For us, the terms and conditions gets accepted from the back office in the premier department. The Premier office doesn't open till 8am eastern so the handful of people didn't start accepting the terms and conditions till then (or maybe even later if there were some technical issues they were facing)

In my situation, I ordered a 64gb grey plus at 12:15 am pst. I found out that my terms and conditions were not accepted by them until 7pm eastern. At that time, if you were to check the ship dates on apples iPhone shopping page, my phone was pushed back till 11/7- 11/?

So whenever they accepted your terms is when you were placed in the shipping cue.

Hope this sheds some light on this for some of you.

Who has to accept terms? By email? I never received anything to accept terms.
 
I think in the end, its just poor communication and planning on AT&T's part. Life is moving on now as I wait for the phone to come. The case is pretty big though, maybe I'll go get a 6 just to see how that's like.

I'm gonna use my wife's 6 (coming tomorrow YAY) for a couple of weeks until my 6+ gets here. She's nice like that :D

Hi- i've creeped on this forum all week and this is my 1st post. I just checked the status while logged in to the ATT order status (not from the premier link) and it shows 1 of my 2 phones shipped. I ordered 2 64gb +'s (silver) about 5 minutes after midnight. The premier status still shows processing with the blue cancel button. I received the email this morning that confirmed my ship date was 10/2-10/13. I also had an issue with my credit card and had to call in to have my card reprocessed.. i did not get an agent on the phone until Monday.

fedex shows the package in memphis for delivery tomorrow.

hopefully the other will give a tracking number soon.. good luck everyone!

They may just be sending those emails because their support centers are slammed, maybe they figure they send out an email restating the shipping times will cut down on some calls/chats.

11/9 - 11/27, cancel button showed up this morning, funds still pending in account. i6+ 128GB ordered sometime 9/13

No. apparently when att says "first come, first serve", they mean it in the backwards way.
