We'll in just gonna head to store and see if they have what I want but Att already upgraded 2 of my lines... Any ideas on how long does it take to reverted it?
 
Right there with you. Same delivery windows for 128 6+ Gold ordered at 2:55 EDT, email confirmation 3 EDT. I have my Spigen case waiting here and my Clear Coat is on it's way. I'm figuring I'll be waiting until October.

Basically everyone with these same statistics is screwed...so ordering early with att does not count. Next two years from now I'm going with Verizon.
 
I'll never order something with AT&T Premier ever again. I called Tuesday after having 'Order Pending' since 3 AM last Friday only to find out that their system allegedly lost my order. They 'fixed' it by resubmitting to order and moving me to the back of the line with an estimated date of November for shipment (6+ 64 Gig Space Gray). I've got an escalated ticket number and am suppose to get a call from a supervisor at some point to get this fixed, but here I sit on Friday morning with no new information. I doubt they're even going to do anything for me given the service I've received thus far.
 
Well, if this would make you any happy, Look at VW forums , its not better then ours , the entire process is f*&^%$k up...
 
By ordering at 3:12am EST and I'm not getting my 6+ today really makes me angry especially that people that ordered hours and hours after me are getting it today. I'm really not happy about this and guess what, AT&T's customer retention department is going to get a call from me right now and they might be losing a 15 year post paid account because all five lines our past thier two-year contracts. I don't appreciate being lied to that orders are taken in a first come first serve basis and that they are allowed to break their terms of service by not being on a first come first serve basis but if I broke their terms of service I would be screwed so today might be the last day of AT&T for me unless they make me some kind offer that I can't refuse to stay with them. It's not that I can't live with not getting the phone today it's the point of the matter that they can screw around with us like this and I'm not gonna put up with it anymore because there's plenty of other competitors that I can go to not be treated like an piece of crap. The only reason I stayed with them this far is because I'm grandfathered into the unlimited plan but it's not even unlimited anymore because it's limited to 5 GB so let's see if I am still an AT&T customer in a few hours. End of rant...
 
Well I am currently waiting in line for an iPhone 6 Plus (Space Grey - pref. 64-128GB) at a local Verizon store. I am number 11 in this line. Wish me luck! If all goes well I'm canceling my pre-order with AT&T!

May still keep the AT&T line, it has a grandfathered data plan, useless plan to say the at least for me.. Oh well!

Anyone who pre-ordered on the 12th and didn't get a phone on launch day ought to have their upgrade fees waived.

I was late ordering on the 12th because I couldn't figure out why it would not let me use the NEXT option. Turns out they cap you at 4 per account, and I have 5 lines. So I had no choice but to do the 2yr and pay an upgrade fee.

I was told when I was looking at my options to call (866) 777-0301 only. This is billing and they can remove the upgrade option and takes about 5 minutes (from what I have heard). I gave up hope and didn't want to be disappointed waiting in the AT&T line this morning with no + stock so I am just living with my ship date although I ordered at 3:35am EST. I had no idea it was going through Premier and even what that was. Just because I have a FAN discount I am forced to use their useless system.

Just canceled my preorder through premier.

With an expected ship date of 10/13-10/31, I'd much rather take my chances locally. What's insane is that my colleague just purchased through apple.com and got a 10/7-10/13 ETA! :mad:

These companies don't care. They also don't care if you leave. They have and expect a certain percentage of "churn" every year. There are an equal number of people at the other carriers saying the same things ATT customers are saying right now and a number of them will end up switching. They count on this, and they expect to make back any customers who leave. We all just rotate like cattle, but in the end, the result is same; we get screwed and they make money.

I have both UPS and FedEx tracking for my multiple orders.

Looks like the strategy of placing 10 different orders worked, I have 2 of them that are to be delivered today.

Of course it was not my intent to do I that way, my CSR just happened to place different orders.
 
Decided to wait in line at my local AT&T store at 7:30. I was about 30th in line. Rep would not tell us whether they had one or not. Said they had something, but not sure how many. 8:10 told us all out. 1st person in line walked out with nothing. I don't think they even had one!!

I just called 611 on my phone to complain about it not being on the first come first serve basis and guess what the representative told me that the reason why I did not receive my iPhone 6+ because it is not being released until October only the six was released today so that's why I didn't get it. I said that was ******** and I see people walking around with 6+ is already and people are all over online already received the 6+ is so your flat out lying to me I want to speak to your supervisor. She said okay sir and then she hung up on me. good thing I got her ID number at the beginning of the call because I knew it wasn't going to go well. that's not right to lie to me and then hang up that's really ****ed up.

Has anyone got any emails other than their initial confirmation? I haven't gotten a thing from premiere or att since my confirmation. Well I did get an SMS from att warning me about the loss of value data discount on the 2yr contract. Other than that, I've heard seen nothing from them.

Seriously that really set me over the edge. She said I was confused and that I was seeing people with 6's not 6+'s like I'm freakin brain dead. She's gonna get a nice complaint on her record for that. I would never try to get someone in trouble but she flat out insulted me multiple times saying I didn't know the difference between a 6 & 6+ with an attitude and that I should have known the 6+ was not being released until October.

Yes, I still have a preorder with Apple and AT&T. Waiting to see which comes first. Also have a 6 coming today just in case I decide I really don't want the plus.

Went to the Apple Store after AT&T. They are out of all 6+ as well, though didn't run out till about 8:30. If I would have just gone there first I may have gotten one. There was a guy there who had been there since 3:00 yesterday. Was offering to sell his 6+ for $1600.

First impressions of the 6+ was "oh hell no, I'm not going to carry something like that around!" But after using it for awhile it started to feel more comfortable--damn! Now I may actually wait for it.

Apple guy took my card and told me he would text me if they get more in. Said shipments coming all the time. We will see. Not even sure he was a real apple guy :)

I stop by the local Best Buy and they had zero pluses. Got to play with the plus and the six, though, and I think I'll wait for my plus to arrive.
 
Verizon store was unsuccessful.. I was number 11 and by the time I got in the only plus they had was a silver 16 GB.. NO THANKS.

Still stuck with my crappy preorder..
