My cancel button was still visible. My premier status actually still says preparing for shipment but the ATT site says shipped with my fedex tracking info.
yes it reads: "Expected ship date: pending confirmation" with visible cancel button. When I signed into my account and checked the order status, that's where it reads "shipped" with tracking number.
Mine too. I've read that some of the people have gotten tracking numbers regardless of them Gavin the cancel buyton
Luis, when was your confirmation e-mail received again? I forgot. Also which configuration did you order? We seem to be on a rapidly sinking ship..
I ordered at 3:14am set time and just spoke to premier and they told me that althought i ordered at 3:14 my order wasn't processed until 9:22am on AT&T end.
She told me that there was a "glitch" I told her yes the glitch made it last come first served and hung up on her..........
went from 10/31 to 10/22 to finally 10/2 but no movement or premier emails like u guys.............. i'm in NYC it says premier but i get a discount from my college FAN.........
longtime ATT and Macrumors member.... ATT mishandled this..... I would shutdown the site after all pre orders are filled and have everyone else just goto store because now i have to wait october....
My girl "walked into a tmobile store at work during her lunch break and called me FaceTime with her new gold iPhone 6.... no waiting.

I don't think button in Premier website visible means anything for the weekend.
Normal Premier customer service is Mon-Fri working hours.
I just received Fedex shipping notification and normal At&t website said shipped, but Premier website still say Pending Shipment.
Looks like Premier website is late to update, I will trust normal At&t website than Premier website during weekend.
I'm still in the sinking ship, LOL!

Email with PDF attachments at 3:33am stating shipments will ship within 21 - 28 business days. Also with the "first come first served" statement.
Shipping dates have changed from 10/28-11/3, 11/3-11/27 and now have settled at 10/2-10/13
Cancel pre-order button disappeared for a few days but is now back.
Had 3 pending charges to my Amex for $1.00 but they have since disappeared.
Now have pending monthly charges to my ATT next account for $54.58.
No further texts or emails since 9/12, no shipping notices and nothing showing up on UPS or fedex.

From what I've read, its in a PDF file on the first order confirmation email, and the PDF was only if you did NEXT. I did a 2 year contract and didn't receive any emails with a PDF.
Me? I received mine at 6:05 am EST that's 3:05 PST. And mine is space grey 64gb plus.
No wonder I couldn't cancel. I just looked and it says shipped today for Monday delivery.
I walked into Apple his morning already and picked up the phone below already. The one oming Monday will be returned.
Ordered before midnight, confirmation 30 minutes later, 64gb+ silver, estimated original shipping date was 10/2-13.
Hope everyone gets theirs soon!

Premier website didn't update my shipped status. The regular Att site did.

I just wanted to share my experience quickly. After an hour of trying to get Apple's website and store app to load, I pre-ordered a 64GB Space Gray iPhone 6+ from AT&T with a timestamp of 4:02 a.m. eastern standard time. I received the confirmation e-mail that my order was processed at 7:39 a.m.
My shipping dates changed a few times during the week and finally settled at 10/2-10/13. I was highly optimistic of the possibility of receiving my phone during launch, after reading many forum posts about prior Apple pre-orders. Well, that never happened, and this whole process has been exasperating, to say the least. I was about to stop checking the forums, shipping carrier websites, and AT&T order page until I finally received the phone.
I saw a post late last night on Macrumors that had information on Apple's new live availability software. Apparently, Apple updates their website with each store's current availability in each configuration. This information is updated minute-by-minute.
at 3:00 a.m., I checked the Apple website. Sure enough, an Apple store 30 minutes away from me showed the iPhone 6+ SG 64GB as being available for in-store pickup. I cancelled my AT&T pre-order online and ordered the phone immediately. In my case, the upgrade eligibility was available instantaneously. I picked up the phone today, and I didn't even have to wait in a line. I walked in, showed an Apple employee my confirmation paper, and walked out with the phone.
I highly recommend everyone to check the Apple online store repeatedly throughout the next couple of day/nights to order one for in-store pickup at a local Apple store. Thank god I no longer have to deal with this AT&T iPhone 6+ pre-order debacle. Sorry for the novel! Haha.

Just called the 877 number and I'm back ordered as well. Went from 10/31 to 10/13 down to 10/2. Pretty frustrating.
How did you find out with fedex? Did you see a tracking number on the Att website? Because I have read many posts of saying that FedEx let them know that they had an item coming to them, like if FedEx was a personal assistant to them. I'm confused.

I tried canceling my AT&T order and was unsuccessful. I decided this morning to check if 64GB gold pluses were available to reserve pickup at any of the Apple stores new my house and a bunch had them!
So I did a cross upgrade from a family members account and walked in and out quickly with a brand new iPhone 6 Plus!
Now I just have to call a few more times to see if I can cancel. They said my phone was already activated and in a warehouse so they couldn't cancel.
Never ordering from AT&T again.

Just got shipping confirmation from Fedex to arrived on Monday, AT&T normal website said "Order Status - Shipped", but Premier website still has cancel button and "Expected Ship Date: Pending Confirmation".
I ordered around 12:30am PST & received confirmation from AT&T Premier on 12:35am PST.
I am so happy, after went to 2 different AT&T store this morning, and they both have zero 6+ came in last night.
Updated, just got my At&t Premier shipping notification email along with track shipment button replaced Pending Shipment button.
Just check Premier website, same thing as track shipment button replaced Pending Shipment button.
Still no official charged on CC.
