Confirmed for Monday by 8pm here as well. One 64GB Plus (Space Grey) shipped. The White/Gold 64 GB + didn't ship. They were ordered a couple minutes apart, both before midnight PST. AT&T Next contract shows signed time of 1:08AM PST and 1:12AM PST 9/12.

Yea. Just got a shipping notification. Monday 8pm. So it'll sit there gathering dust until I get home next week. At least I'll have something exciting to come home to!
here's my timeline:
- preordered the 64gb grey plus close to midnight.
- 4 hours later got an email with the 10/13/2014 to 10/22/2014 date
- 6 days later got bumped to 10/02/2014 to 10/13/2014
- status was always preorder processing
- tried to cancel this morning to pick up at the apple store but not allowed
- 4 hours later got a Order Status - Shipped, no tracking, no email
- good sign!
my wife's 16gb gold plus that i ordered 15 minutes before midnight is still processing. she's gonna be jelly
edit: i actually got the tracking, schedule for monday delivery. i didn't see the plus sign to expand the order

No luck for me yet. Glad to see people getting something. I ordered 64gb space gray at around 2:15am CST. Got confirmation email at 3:58am.

I just received my shipment notification for my iPhone 6 Plus Silver (64GB) from FedEx! I ordered at 11:45 PM (PST) through AT&T Premier. I was originally in the 10/2-10/12 group, then moved back to 10/12-10/22. Then a few days ago it changed back to 10/2-10/12. The Premier site is still saying "Pre-Order Processing". My AT&T shows my tracking number and that it was shipped by FedEx.

Well I want to get my hopes up but just can't yet. I ordered around 6:30am cst (yes late I know) and got email confirmation at 8:26 on the 12th. I checked order status and was at 11/12/2014-11/27/2014 for a day. Then on the 15th got moved to 10/31/14-11/11/14. On the 17th again got bumped to 10/13/14-10/22/14 and I am still stuck there. I also received 2 texts 4 minutes apart stating my order has been processed and will be notified when shipped. I am only on premier due to FAN discount but it is an individual account. My chances are probably slim at getting my 64gb 6+ silver anytime next week I guess.

Really glad more Premier customers are getting their pre-orders filled. Still no update on mine yet but I'm hopeful at the moment. On the bright side my Spigen case came in today and after toying around with it I really think I'll be able to quickly adjust to the size of the Plus.

Yay! Premier orders are finally moving. I ordered the 6 plus, silver, 64gb. Placed my order through premier 10 minutes to 3:00 am (est). Over the past week status went from 10/13 date to 10/2, and finally received notification from Fedex today at 4:30 pm that I had a shipment. Checked AT&T sites - regular AT&T order site updated with tracking info, but not Premeir order site. My phone should be delivered Monday by 8:00 pm!

I ordered the silver 6+ 16GB at approximately 4:15am EST on Sept 12th. My original shipping date(s) were from 10/3-10/22. I checked my order status about 15 minutes ago and my status changed to shipped and I got a tracking number. It is scheduled to be delivered by 8PM on Monday.
