ordered mine on att website on the 10th... mine just went from 3 lines to one line saying freight... im glad too bout to get pissed seeing everyoone else gettng tracking numbers and what not.... 32 blk iphone 3gs by the way :cool:

Yeah, I am starting to think that may be the case too... after all their website is highly unreliable, one day my order was backordered and not-backordered 4 times throughout the day. So maybe our phones are actually shipped after all :cool:
 
So it actually shipped, just never gave you a tracking number online? Thats weird, did they send you an e-mail or anything about it shipping?

No, no email yet, probably just delayed and will arrive eventually. For all of you that got status updated to one line, shipped, FDE, but no tracking number try calling the automated phone system. I did not have to talk to a person to get the number.
 
My AT&T order status online shows shipped with no tracking # like others have posted. Called to get a tracking number and found that the phone is arriving tomorrow as originally promised! FedEx shows picked up today in Memphis and arriving at home tomorrow by 3pm.

Who do you call to get a tracking #?
Fed ex said they did not have any info for me to call att&t. That was a waste
as well
 
I placed my order at AT&T.com on 6/9 at 6am. Mine has said shipped since the 15th and of course no tracking number. They had a hold on the money now there is no hold on the money.

I also tried to call AT&T and cant get a straight answer from their horrid customer service. Called executive customer service also and they have no idea either.

I'm really annoyed with this whole process. This will be the THIRD launch. God get your s**t together already AT&T.

I am in the exact same situation as you are. Luckily I am close to an Apple store and will go there tomorrow (and wait) for a phone. Even if AT&T comes through I really cannot deal with them. What a mess!

Ugh. It says ship date of 6/18 on the website now.

I"m on hold for a customer service rep now.

Mine said the order will be processed by next business day. To recap order placed att.com on 6/09 with a ship date of 6/15. Hopefully AT&T's system's are just screwy but I do not want to waste a day waiting around for the phone tomorrow if it isnt coming!
 
I just going to give up hope and assume it will be 7 to 14 days for real and kick myself extra hard for ordering on AT&T. If I cancel now it would take some time to show the # as eligible for the "upgrade" price again if I went to Apple, so I'm screwed, but I did learn my lesson.

Hrmm I called but I got the same message I got yesterday. That order will be shipped the next business day or whatever. I just have one line of various sim listed.

For all of you with this status, relax, mine said that earlier too. Maybe you are slightly further down the queue than me but you will probably get updated soon. At any rate, it does appear that the phone status updates before the online status.
 
Anyone else who ordered online, not premier, get their tracking number emailed to them. I just got one but it doesn't show up at Order Status webpage.

duuude, im soooo with you. im in the same boat as you. but when they say 7 to 14 days, does that mean they wont ship it from their warehouse from 7 to 14 days or it wont arrive for 7 to 14 days from the date of order?

Same exact situation and results. Still shipped on the 15th. Why in the world would they have to wait until the next billing day?

I really dont feel like waiting on line at the Apple Store but if I do not get any kind of tracking number Ill be camping out.
