Only Freight is listed now: Ship Date 6/18/09, QTY ordered 1, QTY shipped 0.

We've all been going there... thats where it says "In Progress", although it says my Ship Date was 6/15/09 at the same time.

Yup, just got one too. Did you Order Status page update yet? Mine still says in progress...
 
Call 1-888-333-6651. Press 1. Press 2. Press 1 for online like mine. Press 1. Enter order number followed by #. Press 1. Say yes.

Tracking number should be provided with shipping info.

Gave me the tracking number despite contacting AT&T and them saying they can’t find one. Thanks for the info! :D
 
add me to the FDE but no tracking number list.. ordered on the 11th

I'm sure everyone will have a tracking number by the end of the day and probably have their phone tomorrow.. if they ordered before the preorders sold out or whatever at&t was saying

I tried the same thing but its telling me it will be processed the end of the NEXT business day. Which to me means FRIDAY night. So it should be here on Saturday?

I dont understand how mine can be shipped since the 15th and be on backorder when I call that number..
 
Shipped according to ATT

I ordered my phone, 06/09/09-about 1:30 am - Hawaii time, porting my number from Sprint, got all my confirmations that ATT rec'd my order. Porting of number was done, rec'd email that was done with no problems. On the web site, it said In Progress until last night. Woke up this morning and checked the status and it had a ship date of 6/18/09, Carrier FDE. No tracking number listed, but I called ATT.com at 1-888-333-6651 and they said the phone was shipped and gave me the tracking number also said it was shipped via FED EX. I am thrilled. Hope I get it as planned. I live in Hawaii and we often get things late, but with Overnight shipping with FedEx - I am confident. VERY confident.

Its weird, each number gives me a different response... the 877-782-8870 tells me that some items in my order are backordered and some have been shipped. So I tried calling the 1-888-333-6651 number and that one tells me that my order will be processed the next business day... but I already received my processing e-mail from AT&T on like 6/13, and it says Ship Date 6/15. Who knows.

That is EXACTLY whats happening to me. AT&T needs to get their stuff together...

I just called the second number, 1-888-333-6651, and it told me that it had already shipped and gave me a tracking number. The number still doesn't bring anything up though.

I'm guessing that we won't get any other information until later this evening once they have been processed by FedEx.

Same exact status here. Same order date too. What do you put our odds at of getting a phone tomorrow? If it ships to Fedex tonight, and its next day, then tomorrow is likely. If they ship 2nd day, then we are looking at Monday.


Does anyone who ordered online ATT have a tracking number indicating next day or 2 day?
 
I ordered mine on June 9th at the AT&T website. The online order status states my order is "In Progress". The 888 # gave me a fedex tracking #. The Fedex website does not recogize the tracking #. I guess that's progress :confused: Now if I only knew when Fedex delivers!
 
I got an email today saying 'part' of my order has shipped and should arrive Monday (which is fine, I don't mind waiting over the weekend). But how could they have shipped 'part' of my order? How do you ship 'part' of a phone.

It would be funny if I got a box containing all the fancy iPhone packaging sans actual phone! :D

It usually takes shippers until the evening/night to get all of the numbers into their system. I'd be surprised that a number handed out during the day could be immediately queried. However, given the immense boatload of packages going out, I wouldn't make any bets on when the numbers will make it into the system.
