Type in your wireless number, zip code and decipher the 'passphrase' they give you.
I did this and I had my FedEx tracking info within seconds!
I ordered on June 11, FedEx says delivery by June 22.

When did you order? regular ATT or premier?
Gave me the tracking number despite contacting AT&T and them saying they cant find one. Thanks for the info!![]()
I also got that confirmation email, but the tracking number doesn't pull anything up. I called the 1-877-782-8870 number and it just said that my order is being processed.
Its weird, each number gives me a different response... the 877-782-8870 tells me that some items in my order are backordered and some have been shipped. So I tried calling the 1-888-333-6651 number and that one tells me that my order will be processed the next business day... but I already received my processing e-mail from AT&T on like 6/13, and it says Ship Date 6/15. Who knows.

It usually takes shippers until the evening/night to get all of the numbers into their system. I'd be surprised that a number handed out during the day could be immediately queried. However, given the immense boatload of packages going out, I wouldn't make any bets on when the numbers will make it into the system.I ordered mine on June 9th at the AT&T website. The online order status states my order is "In Progress". The 888 # gave me a fedex tracking #. The Fedex website does not recogize the tracking #. I guess that's progressNow if I only knew when Fedex delivers!
