Finally!
My stats:
- ordered via att.com on 06/11, early evening
- home delivery
- east coast
- includes number transfer
- I was in "In progress" with no shipping (no backorder either) until about 4:30PM today
- The 866 number continued to say that there was a problem with my number transfer
- Various phone calls and chats from Tuesday to today said that my number transfer was OK, but nobody had any shipping info
- After 4:30PM today the 866 number said my order would be processed "next business day"
- website then indicated single item of FREIGHT, 0 shipped, FDE, no tracking #
- 7:23PM received email with FedEx tracking!
- ATT status still now showing tracking #
- FedEx tracking indicates a "before 3:00PM" delivery on 06/19. It was picked up in the afternoon in Memphis, TN
So, all is not lost. I hope anyone who has yet to have good luck that it comes tonight!
