Mine is still "in progress" this morning, no e-mail, no tracking, and the order status page says it was shipped on 6/15 but the AT&T reps have no idea about it. Card still hasn't been charged yet either... the first guy I talked to just gave me a total run around about how they are just released today and I should expect it next Thursday via 3-5 day shipping, ugh.
 
This is some serious BS.

so as of this morning at 8:12am. (6-19-09) i still have not received any information whatsoever regarding my iPhones. no email's, no tracking numbers, no phone calls, nothing has changed. all my stuff still says in progress. Credit card does not sure any pending charges either.

I did however, call att premier last night. (6-18-09) I just wanted to make sure the G D order was placed and there weren't any problems since i had not heard anything. He just said everything looks good and should arrive next Monday or Tuesday. Still some BS though.

i thought for sure that checking it on the 19th in the AM, that i would see something...guess not.

I'm pretty pissed honestly. i might wtf..everyone else gets their crap on the 19th. i ordered mine on the 9th at 8pm eastern. wayyy ahead of everybody else. and i am not doing any sort of porting of numbers to confuse anybody.

it is 2 new iphones, new service, new numbers..how hard is that?

i am not sure what to do.

Me too, I ordered on 6/9 (not premier) and it says "In Progress" still... been talking to different AT&T people all morning but all they say is that it hasn't been shipped yet but I should have it next week... So much for first come first served.
 
Haven't heard squat from AT&T, but I got a tracking number by calling the 1-866 number. Mine is on the truck. :)

yeah i called last night, just to make sure my order was placed and that there was nothing wrong with my order. he said the order looked fine, but could not give me a tracking #, he said it looks like the iphone will come next monday or tuesday.

I ordered mine (online) on the 9th. I never received an email. The status never updated online. But I called and got the Fedex number. Mine is on a truck somehwere and will hopefully be arriving soon.

I just passed by the AT&T store and there is absolutely no one there. There is not a single customer. Not a soul! I simply could have walked up and purchased my phone. Now I have to wait for Fedex!

I just called the 1-866-391-0749 number and they gave me a FedEx tracking number, now I feel a lot better.

i think they're just trying to stagger orders...plus they processed them in a weird order to begin with...def not first come first serve as far as online is concerned.

I ordered mine on the 16th though the normal at&t website, and got free overnight shipping. I was told by a couple of people that if your ordered through premier you got two day shipping. I didn't have anything till this morning. found a tracking number on at&t order status page, and got this. None of it was their at 0500hrs.
 
I ordered mine on the 9th. I didn't want to do it through AT&T, but I couldn't get the apple page to accept my order due to the bug with people who have unlimited family messaging plans.

Received an e-mail acknowledging my order. I saw the status change one time to show something about shipping on 06/15, but it still showed 0 for the quantity shipped.

Status still shows in progress..

Called the 866 number this morning. They can see my order, but have NO shipping info. The operator said she didn't think my phone shipped, and then started reading the canned response about how orders aren't guaranteed, etc.

I said fine, then cancel my order and I will pick one up locally. I drove past my AT&T store this morning, and there wasn't any line. Maybe no phones either, but it was worth a try...

She tells me she tried, but can't cancel my order. Can't tell now if this means it is in process or what.

What a mess. I should have known better than to try to deal with AT&T on this...

Hey guys my status update to just one line yesterday wit my order being shipped but i had no fedx tracking number. So i called 1-866-391-0749. And put my order number in and i was able to get my tracking number. Ha estimated time of phone arrival is 3:00pm. And all this time I thought i was just stuck in limbo since the page didnt update. You should call that number and put ur order number info in to get a more accurate update. Hope it helps for u guys

On phone with executive customer service manager. Useless... don't waste your time. Even thoughI ordered at 10:00am EST on the 9th he said "not everyone is going to be able to get their product today".

I hope apple realizes ATT makes them look very bad.

I called the ATT support number and they said my order is scheduled to ship the next business day. Are others getting that too?

Ordered on the 9th and never shipped. Went to my local AT&T store and walked out with a new phone in 30 minutes. Best thing is my update price dropped from 399 to 199!!
