AT&T.com works!!!

AT&T worked for me several times but I always stopped before ordering because I really wanted to order through Apple to make sure I got it on the 24th (I'm without a phone currently!)

I finally decided to just do it on AT&T since the apple site was still not working...ordered and everything went through just fine.

Does att have an equivalent of apple.com/orderstatus to check the status?

yeah it just needs to be entered into the system n all first. could be a little bit since of the ridiculously high volume. n you'll still get it on release day :) free overnight shipping!

It just worked for me. Much better than trying to go through the :apple: store!
 
Mine finally went through about 15min ago! Email confirmation just came in also.

Like most people, I was on Apple Store at 4am but got Session Expired towards the end of the order process. I tried many times after but finally quit after 30min of trying. At around 8am I tried ATT but the iphone 4 wasn't coming up as an option. I have a group/premier account so maybe that has something to do with it? It wasn't until around 11am did the iphone 4 show up but even so att kept crashing/giving errors. I just kept trying and finally had a successful order.
 
What is the secret to getting AT&T to work? Every time I log in and try and upgrade the iPhone 4 is not in the inventory available to upgrade to. ugh!!
 
My order went though at att.com! But I didn't receive an e-mail confirmation or anything... Anyone else get a confirmation e-mail? I took a screenshot of the order confirmation page in the browser for my own reference, but would be comforting to have an e-mail confirmation.
 
Just placed 2 separate orders for 32gb iPhones though AT&T website. Haven't got an email conformation yet. Guess I will see if I can get accessories through the Apple website.

i called them, 30 minutes wait, they assured my order is being processed
 
AT&T worked fine for me too. I was actually able to reach checkout multiple times before backing out like a pansy. I too would like to have the phone by the 24th, but at this point, beggers can't be choosers.
 
I am ordering through Apple store. For 40 minutes I've had "Please wait while we process your order." Wondering if it is really processing and what will happen if I refresh, or just let it keep processing..LOL Might as well laugh. This is technology.
 
when I click upgrade on att.com it takes me to the premier store, then I click view all phone and it doesnt list any phone then I click pre-order iphone and it still doesnt list any phones.....:mad:
 
Tried a couple hours on apple store online with no luck. Went to ATT premier and worked first time. A little slow but no errors. Got email confirmation and order/tracking number working. Here is status when I check it online.


We have received your order request, and we expect to begin processing it shortly.
 
Got my order in a while ago, but still waiting for email confirmation. It doesn't come up on the order status page either. Fingers crossed.
