Yeah I ordered 15PM Natural Titanium 256GB.

AT&T site says “Great news! We're just about ready to ship your order. Stay tuned--we'll let you know when it ships.”

I got a package in the FedEx app yesterday. Scheduled delivery for Friday.

Ordered on 9/15/23 around 8:30am EDT.
I have a minute earlier time frame as you as i still have no tracking info 😭

I think you're correct. I totally forgot about the trade-in box coming in. It's a 2 lb. package from LAKE COUNTY PRESS in WAUKAGEN, IL.

My estimated ship date from ATT is Fri., September 22, 2023 - Fri., October 6, 2023 so I thought it might've been the phone. I guess I'm likely not getting it tomorrow or even on Friday. Oh well 😐

I ordered 4 phones at Costco. None are pro max. They were ordered on pre order day around noon. I have an email but the status hasn't changed. There is nothing about the status on my account. How can I check if it shipped?
 
What I find somewhat interesting is that I ordered a regular Blue 15, 128GB on Sep. 18 at 4:40pm and it’s been saying “ordered” and estimated ship date of Sept. 21 from the time I place my order through AT&T. On the app it now’s says “We’re working on your order” and “Estimated to ship by Today”. It seems like most people ordered there’s early on the first day (Sept. 15).

On Sunday night on the app I am now getting a message that "We hit a snag with your order" Action required, but when I go into the details there are no errors just the Yay! message. I have been ordering with ATT for years and things are not improving... I won't be ordering from ATT again.

At least you could get your order canceled. They’re refusing to cancel mine until October. Because my “order has not gone into processing phase” and it will right before it ships. It’s the most BS excuse ever. I’m going to keep harassing them until they give in and give me my upgrade back

Has anyone had a 256GB Pro Max in Natural Titanium ship yet (via FedEx delivery manager or on AT&T site)? Mine still just says pre-ordered, and nothing in FedEx.

I can't check FedEx because I'm one of those adults that has never left their parents phone plan lol. So the package will be in their name. I'm thinking I'll be getting my phone Friday, but since I can't check FedEx, it's wait and see

I am on my Family’s AT&T plan still as well. I just added the account holders name as an Alternate Names in the FedEx App, and now I can see both my orders
 
My two orders on AT&T.com with upgrade & trade in. Nothing in the FedEx app for tracking yet.

We're just about ready to ship your order. & still this same info though: Estimated to ship: Thu., September 21, 2023. In the AT&T app it went from We hit a snag Action required to We’re working on your order, estimated to ship by Tuesday.

What miket09 said…just add their name to your account as an alternate name. Easy fix

Final answer from AT&T is I’m screwed. I have to wait til November for my order to arrive. No cancellation is possible. My upgrade isn’t coming back. I can’t even use another lines upgrade or else I’ll be double billed. If I want to return the phone I have to pay a restocking fee. So I’m stuck paying the installments on my 13PM for another 2 months for nothing. They claim the order has been processed but it’s on back order because they oversold preorders so everything processed as a normal order. I have to pay the 98 dollar tax on the next bill regardless if I get my phone or not.

Edit 2: now my order that was delayed to October 18 states order is just about ready for shipment and it ships tomorrow. But my FedEx app only shows one order coming when I ordered two. What. Is. Happening.

I swear their website has major issues. I guess we’ll see what happens tomorrow

Surely they won’t keep charging for your 13 right? I would think you would simply start paying on your new phone since the upgrade been initiated.

Nope they stated im responsible for the installments for my 13 until the new one gets here so don’t even think about using another lines upgrade or I’ll be paying non refundable double installments for 2 months

Yeah, as soon as I began the pre order, all my installment payments went back to 36 after i paid 18 months of it

What miket09 said…just add their name to your account as an alternate name. Easy fix

Just the first name, or first and last?

Does it reflect instantly, or do you think it might take some time before the new name starts showing any packages in Delivery Manager?

I know the topic is for iPhone, but did anyone here preorder the Watch Ultra 2?

I preordered 2, one with the new titanium/beige/orange trail loop and one with the alpine loop.
I’ve had a tracking number since Sunday with package movement since Monday morning.
Both show a shipping window of 9/22-9/29..

When I check the app, the alpine one is in great news! status while the trail loop is on preordered status, all while the order has hit a snag, with no issues apparent to resolve.

What is really confusing me is the weight of the package. 2lbs. I’ve preordered phones before, and they barely are over 1.1lbs including the box weight.

Would it be safe to assume both watches are coming in Friday?
