I ordered a 15 PM 512GB on Friday at 8:05 am and on Saturday I received a text that there was an issue with the order. I called and they told me that they don't know why but they have to cancel the order, and I have to re order. They promise that the delivery date will remain the same Friday 22nd, so they created the order over the phone, interesting thing is that even though it was created on saturday 16th, online it says it was created on Friday 15th, and is not the same order, I can still see the previous order with the status of "We canceled your order as you asked" like if it was my choice, what a joke! On Sunday night on the app I am now getting a message that "We hit a snag with your order" Action required, but when I go into the details there are no errors just the Yay! message. My info says Estimated to ship: Thu., September 21, 2023 - Fri., September 22, 2023. I called and they say everything looks great. I have been ordering with ATT for years and things are not improving... I won't be ordering from ATT again.
