Just the first name, or first and last?

Does it reflect instantly, or do you think it might take some time before the new name starts showing any packages in Delivery Manager?
I put in the first and last name and refreshed the FedEx app and my order showed up “instantly “.
 
Sigh….. nothing in FedEx yet and it still says “we hit a snag”. Hopefully things change tomorrow, it still says that’s the estimated ship date

I ordered a 15 PM 512GB on Friday at 8:05 am and on Saturday I received a text that there was an issue with the order. I called and they told me that they don't know why but they have to cancel the order, and I have to re order. They promise that the delivery date will remain the same Friday 22nd, so they created the order over the phone, interesting thing is that even though it was created on saturday 16th, online it says it was created on Friday 15th, and is not the same order, I can still see the previous order with the status of "We canceled your order as you asked" like if it was my choice, what a joke! On Sunday night on the app I am now getting a message that "We hit a snag with your order" Action required, but when I go into the details there are no errors just the Yay! message. My info says Estimated to ship: Thu., September 21, 2023 - Fri., September 22, 2023. I called and they say everything looks great. I have been ordering with ATT for years and things are not improving... I won't be ordering from ATT again.

The same thing happened to me and my new ship date is October 16-30...
 
mine says this but nothing on FedEx. Shipping estimate 9/22-10/6….

I just had the first name and then added first and last. Nothing's showing up on the website, and I doubt the app would show anything different. If it shows up Friday, great. If not, I have a wedding in the late afternoon/evening, and I'd probably miss being able to sign for it anyway!
 
I just switched from t-mobile personal to an att small business account last night and got us 2 iPhone 15 pro max 512 gb blue, and decided to get a Apple Watch series 9 stainless and an Apple Watch ultra 2 - paying about 50 bucks more a month than I was on t mobile with no equipment payments whatsoever so we splurged.

Sadly says estimated shipping is between September 27-October 10 for all items. So hoping for September 27!

Use the whole name as it would show in the shipping label
 
At least you could get your order canceled. They’re refusing to cancel mine until October. Because my “order has not gone into processing phase” and it will right before it ships. It’s the most BS excuse ever. I’m going to keep harassing them until they give in and give me my upgrade back
I do remember mine went from the initial pre-order to ready to ship and after that is when the issue happened. I guess they were able to cancel it since it was ready to ship. I know is BS, I checked the last to pages of Apple pre-order thread and people are talking about features on other things, here is just issues, canceled orders, "snags"...
 
Why can’t you cancel? There is no option to cancel? I have the same date range, but no movement at all, just says the same as yours, pre order only.
I mean I could cancel but I’d be out my 100 some sales tax they said. Which idk how i would get back but I may try if i don’t see it change soon

I never had it but some people have had it and they’ve all said it disappeared after a while.

Mine went from getting ready. To snag. Back to getting ready. To “on hold. Delayed to October 18” to ready to ship. Arrives Friday. Their website has major issues apparently

Interesting thing, a few days ago I signed up on Fedex advanced tracking and the only thing I could see was a Scheduled delivery pending as many here mentioned. I wasn't sure if that was the shipment. Then I realized that I am in my brother's account. So I decided to try and update my account on Fedex and just change my name to my brother's name and boom!! I can see the shipment, in transit and scheduled for delivery on Friday. I can even see the previous order AT&T canceled. On the app it still says "We hit a snag with your order" Action required.

Must be nice.. I was in line 25 minutes before site opening and ordered as quickly as I could. Still not a single update on fedex.. att just says we’re ready to ship your order.. beginning to really worry.
 
I had already gotten the FedEx tracking number days ago from my FedEx account, but I just got the email from AT&T telling me it's shipped and the AT&T status page now updated to Shipped with tracking info and delivery on Friday. Also my trade-in status changed from "Dropped off" to "Started".

Same. Got the Text at 2216PDT tonight as my first alert. Email had come in at 2213PDT. FedEx had already told me tracking # on Monday 😆

I have the same date range as you, but I still have the we hit a snag, order online shows everything is ok. I’m just guessing everything might show up on Friday. I can be a little patient with this one specially since it’s the white color that I want. Hopefully not too long of a wait.

iPhone 15 Pro Max blue 256 has UPS tracking number now without delivery estimate. Previous ship date was 21st.

Took a peek at my order on AT&T's website (app hasn't shown it since launch day) since others have noticed their status has changed to shipped, and mine has also changed to shipped!

Coming via UPS, on launch day. So far, the only thing mentioned on the tracking page is that the label was created a little less than an hour ago

I have two phones on order
iPhone 15 pro white
iPhone 15 pro max natural

It gives a UPS tracking for the pro but it still says yay you are waiting line for the pro max

Anyone else see that? You think I’ll get both phones or just the one?

I ordered both phones at the same time under the same order last Friday 😳

It says the weight of the shipment is 1lb so I’m assuming it’s just 1 phone 😕
 
I’m still at “we’re ready to ship” with arrival on Friday. FedEx shows I have a pending shipment but no tracking info yet. Awesome one more day to go
