Carrier AT&T iPhone 15/iPhone 15 Pro Pre-order & Delivery Thread

This happens to some people every year.

It’s possibly due to Apple delivering more phones off of production lines to AT&T as the days go by. It’s like the old days of showing up at the AT&T stores after camping out overnight for the new phones. A UPS or FedEx guy would actually show up with more phones after AT&T already handed out redemption slips and started your process on their handheld devices.

Thankfully we just sit at home and wait nowadays.

I'm sorry for the folks who preordered when the link was first available but still don't have a shipping notice. But your date may move up. The 15 Pro has had an expected ship date of September 22-October 6 all week until now.

This makes me think they are randomly choosing who gets their preorders; in what world does this make any sense?

My guess is it's either our specific models, or it's because one of our models (judging by this thread, it's my non-pro model) had a lot more availability, so they prioritized the whole delivery over some others. (An order the same day for two 15 Pros would be lower priority in that scenario.)

Or maybe I am just really lucky. They did promise 9/21 shipping for my 15 right after I placed the preorder, and I'd just assumed the other phone would ship a week or two later.

We're trading in two phones, but we chose the in-person option. I don't know if that changes things, too.

Fedex shipping notification with delivery tomorrow. Funny thing is that it said in the email the wrong phone was shipping, but status online said its my phone.

Ordered 3 phones, two iPhone 15 in Pink/Blue with 128GB - both arriving tomorrow and ordered around 8:30AM EST. The third phone, mine, is an iPhone Pro Max in Natural Titanium 256GB, estimated shipping is 9/22-10/6. At least my Rhinoshield clear mag case and screen protectors arrived in time.

I had one with the same 9/22-10/6 and it just updated to shipped with delivery tomorrow.

Mine still says arriving tomorrow via both AT&T website and UPS but it’s stuck at “label created/shipment ready for UPS”. Could they have stupidly made a label for this and not have stock? They told me yesterday it was delayed to October since they oversold preorders..

I ordered very late compared to past years. 3:30pm on pre order date. Was getting nervous I wouldnt get it launch day and I was ready not to. ATT still says ordered and in line but I just got notification from Fedex I have a package arriving tomorrow 2lbs overnight delivery. WOOP WOOP

update: my order was a 512 PM Natural Titanium original estimated to ship Sept 22-Oct 6

How do you get a notification from FedEx without it going through AT&T? That sounds pretty useful.

Man I wanted that natural titanium but I ordered 2 days ago and the blue is the only one that said it would ship before October so I went with 2 512 pro max in it and estimated delivery was 9/27/23-10/11/23 and they both shipped and are being delivered tomorrow!
