The MyATT app has a Shipped status. Then, the FedEx app shows carrier picked up at Ft Worth, TX and is now currently in transit last scan early this morning in Indianapolis which is exactly what happened in all the other many iPhones I've ordered. Good luck my friend, keep checking and I'm sure yours will ship soon.

I’m not worried. I’m sure the fact that I’m a FirstNet customer is the reason I haven’t seen a shipped update. As long as I have a tracking number and arrival date I’m good. The AT&T experience is just new to me.

Never know. Mine was 9/22-10/6 (15PM 512MB Blue) and just shipped last night and the order status finally updated this morning. They may still be actively working stuff today and sending them out still.

Same here, I got my email at 1:30 AM. Phone is due to me Friday before 1:30 PM.
 
I ordered my regular Pro (White Titanium) on the 15th as well as a base 15 in blue. Both showed the snag error in the app, but the 15 always showed the ‘getting ready to ship’. The 15 shipped already, but the Pro is giving me these dates (Fri., Oct. 6, 2023 - Fri., Oct. 20, 2023). Do I have a better chance of cancelling or could it come even by like next week?

And it’s shipped! Woot! First time I did a pre-order and looking like I’ll actually get it on release day.

Mine is shipping with UPS after being told it was on hold til October and that they oversold. Idk if someone canceled theirs or if this was a major bug but it’ll be here tomorrow.

I wish I had that optimism lol. No update online or via email. I figured it was a long shot, still stinks to see others in the date range shipping.
 
All week on my order, 9/22-10/6, it said “we’ve hit a snag”. Woke up to check it this morning and it said “we’re working on your order” so hopefully that means it’ll ship in the next few days.
 
Mine should be delivered between 9:20 and 1:20 tomorrow. Also have the new USB-C AirPods Pro coming in.

Estimate Shipping Date: September 22nd - October 6th.
Shipped with UPS today 9/21 getting delivered tomorrow :)

Who would've thought ATT would be using both UPS and FEDEX this year.

So I have 2 Pro Max coming. Blue 256 from AT&T direct and a white 256 from First Net. I received shipping notification and tracking on Sunday for the Blue from AT&T and nothing for the First Net. My package says it is 2 pounds, my question is, is that weight accurate for a single phone? Those who have theirs shipped, what are the weights?
