Is the ATT website the best way to track orders/ order status? Read that that CSR aren't exceptionally helpful...
 
Jonathan, I think there's something wrong. You need to have your order looked at, this way and that. Something is causing it to be skipped.

I just got a text, this morning, 9AM, that my order is on it's way. Yet, no change on tracking. Strange. Email yesterday, SMS text today.

Also, we have co-sufferers who received shipping and tracking notice on Saturday, yet their phone hasn't left AT&T's property.

My tracking says, deliver by 3PM today. Maybe they just aren't scanning, which is a shame. I don't know if I need to leave work early to be home for delivery or not!!!

I just called AT&T Premier, and the lady didn't seem to be of much help. Gave me the usual spiel. Reading everyone else, there has to be some reason my order hasn't shipped. Since people are ordering their phones NOW and getting shipping notifications. I ordered it before midnight, and still nothing?

Only thing I've received since the original order is the activation email.

Spoke to a supervisor at AT&T Premier. She said it's been "dropped to the warehouse" like others have said. Where the order can no longer be canceled. The issue is, she has no clue when that happened. She says I should get it by the end of the week....but that's still so much later than everyone else it seems, based on the time of my preorder.

ive been told the warehouse thing and cannot cancel for days. I just want my phone this week:(
 
I walked into an att store yesterday. Ordered a 6s plus. They told me between 10/25-11/2. I got an email today it shipped and left Memphis at 2:20. For delivery tomorrow by 3. Incredible luck I have
 
Meanwhile I'm here dialing AT&T again because I was nice before but now I'm pissed. Everyone is giving me the run around and my phone is still "in progress"
