I just hung up on him. He was stuttering away with all his lies.
After he contacted "another" department then tells me it is not on backorder but I will recieve it by the end of October like I was originally told. So I then ask well why did the status change? Oh because there are delays with the rose gold color because of the demand. So you mean BACKORDERED??? He started stuttering and I hung up. He is probably still stuttering.

Preparing to ship. Same as day one. The automated phone number has been telling me it was sent to the warehouse for shipment, until just now. He had no explanation for this.

If that one says back ordered then unfortunately it probably is. They've might have shipped out their original stock by now. 40% of iPhone orders was the rose gold

The rep said it was not backordered.
10 minutes ago the phone number said it WAS backordered.
Called just now,it says temporarily out of stock.
W.T.F. Yeah I am a little fired up right now.
Hopefully its just the new generic message going out to shut people up.
