I got my at&t shipping notification email this morning (9/24) at 11:55AM, but now it is 9/25 1:05AM here on the west coast and my UPS tracking information still says "Order Processed - A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated." It is supposed to be overnight delivery, but it doesn't look like at&t even handed my phone off to UPS yet. Or does this mean that at&t did hand off the package, but UPS just hasn't updated their tracking information all day?
I ordered a 6S+ 64GB Silver on 9/12 @ 7PM and received a confirmation email with status link. I've been checking it everyday but no update. I just checked it and now is shows my order date as 9/13 @7PM!! Shipping date still says Oct 16 - 23rd. Of course no one is available from customer service. Chat said it was outside their hours but their site says 24hrs chat service! Lesson learned, not to pre-order with AT&T.

I understand it could miss a scan, but how can it miss all the other scans? I mean it would've had multiple scans such as origin scan, leaving origin, arriving to airport, flying to louisville, flying out of louisville? I mean I don't think it could've missed all of that.
Okay so the Summary page has order date at 9/13 but the details page shows 9/12. I thought pre-ordering would ease the frustration and anxiety, apparently it doesn't! Next year I may have to go directly through Apple, right now AT&T is a pain.
It's ok. Once it gets local you should see an update. It happens sometimes.

Can I get the subsidized price at a physical store? Still no tracking for me and I'm thinking about going down to the corporate store.
I would think they would honor it. I'm fighting with myself about if I should drive to the Apple store when the mall opens this morning. I would hate to drive 45 min and cancel my current order just to make it there and end up not coming home with anything.

If a package misses the ORIGIN scan you will not see any tracking until it reaches the final depot where it is put on the truck for delivery. If you call UPS they can see it in the system but you cannot on the public facing page.

Wow. I ordered 3 phones in the store on the Monday after preorders and the space gray ones are coming today on UPS, but apparently they really didn't get any silver phones because neither mine (ordered 2:10AM CST) or the one I ordered Monday are showing any movement.
