I just went through this, it takes a while. The actual shipping isn't too bad, about 3 days or so, but then you have to wait another 5-7 business days before they release it.

2 weeks for me tomorrow and the return label has shown no updates in the past 12 days, only the day after I took to USPS, nothing after that.

Why are you guys still waiting for phones from AT&T? I ordered an iPhone 6s (16GB/Silver) on their website Friday evening (10/16) and received it Tuesday (10/20) via FedEx at around 11am. I know the 16GB is a less popular device as most want more storage, but still. Maybe the wait is for the 6s Plus more so than the regular 6s.

Ordered a 128GB Space Grey 6S Plus yesterday afternoon, 145pm PST, woke up this morning to a shipped email.

It had originally said it would not be shipped until mid November. So this is great news.

Update: It will be delivered tomorrow. That's awesome.

Ordered a 64GB Gold 6S Plus on 10/13. Shipping from Dallas with expected via UPS delivery tomorrow. Originally slated for an early November delivery.

Now took my return to the post office 15 days ago, still no updates on the return, no tracking updates in 11 days. Customer service refused to do any investigation saying shipping takes longer than this. Good grief.

Try this, enter the long tracking number from the Top of the return label and enter that number at tracking.newgistics.com Should show when it was returned to the warehouse and you'd have to give a few days for the warehouse to process. Tell us if that gives you more info.:)

Hello all! I only read comments and see what issues other are having. I work at an AT&T Corprorate Retail store here in West Virginia, which is South East in their market. We officially stopped all 2 year commitment contracts on June the 1st. The only option is to pick a next installment to add on your bill and also you can do this on any unlimited data plan, you are just simply adding an installment. The South east is a test market, I do all the inventory, when I go to print price cards we have our own sections verses the entire company because our cards don't even show the 2 year option. Lastly, the customer tries to go on AT&T website to order their phone, it'll show the 2 year option until they get to the end to check out and they have to put in their zip code. They system recognizes the area and won't allow them to continue the checkout.
Hope everyone is enjoying their iPhone 6s/6s plus. I have a regular plus and ordered a 6s+ on Wednesay. Shipped Saturday and should be at my home today. Debated, as I do every year, and finally gave in.

Yeah and now it seems ATT is giving unlimited data plans unlimited minutes as well. I had a 700 National Plan that I just reduced to a 550 National Plan. Even though it is labeled 550 it indicates that I have unlimited minutes.

I was also on the $30/mo Family Text Plan which I found out was $10/mo too much (others get it for $20/mo). I called and asked to be moved to $20/mo. They actually removed the feature all together and now it appears I have unlimited text for free. This could just be a glitch in their system but something's going on.

I now pay $120 for 2 Lines of Unlimited data/voice/text. (and I get an iPhone every year for a $450 discount) The only downside is no Hot Spot.

I pay $30 as well for the family share text. Where and how are people getting it for $20? I'll call and see but I want to be informed of where that price comes from. Thanks.
