I had that issue a few years ago. I called AT&T and the rep quickly, and with no issue, added them back. I don't think there is any malicious intent, just something clunky in the system. Good luck!

I feel for you. I've been keeping tabs on your post because it seems you ordered yours via the At&t app a few minutes before I did. I was thinking when yours shipped, mine was closely behind. Obviously not the case since mine has in fact Shipped with delivery for today. It's probably because we ordered different models. Hope yours comes through sooner than later. Good luck!

No seriously, the web and the app are the same. Just the interface is different but it's the same system. I ordered on the web and mine was fine. Not RG tho. It's something with the RG's. I wonder what it is.
seems that att is skipping the 64GB phones for the most part. that's upsetting.

went to local AT&T store just now. no line, no wait, no Plus.
4:48am EDT 9/12, 64GB 6S+ Regular Gold, Premier Customer. Nothing, still October date, no tracking, Still in Process as it has been since 9/12. Charged dropped off my account. Enjoy your phone today folks, it's quite a privilege, I'm done getting up early anymore. Got up at 2:50am site would not let me place an order until 4:48am, for the second year in a row I lost sleep all for nothing. Will look to cancel my order this weekend if no movement. Skip this phone and get out of AT&T and move on to Verizon.
Went ahead and canceled my AT&T order this morning for (1) 64GB Rose Gold and (1) 64GB Silver. Both were ordered 8 minutes after pre-orders went live.
I have 2 reserved at the Apple Store so I'll just go pick them up there and see if they can swap colors.

FedEx has yet to update my status and deliveries are usually on the truck by now. I'm in Manhattan and packages usually head to Brooklyn before getting on the truck. My 6S departed NJ at 930pm yesterday and my 6S+ is still in NJ showing an arrival scan but never departed.
