I posted this in another thread and want to ask here too:

Okay so I just talked to a CSR and complained (very politely) that I have gotten absolutely nothing. No email, no change, etc. He said he will put something on my account that shows that I am priority so the shippers will send me my phone as soon as possible. Have any of you guys ever heard of that or did he just tell me something?

I have not but it's possible he can do that. Most people tend to say the AT&T CSR's are out of the loop however.

i haven't heard that one..i've called at least 5 times. they may be saying that just because they honestly have no info. i called and claimed my moms phone was about to stop working (i ordered it under her number) and they said there was nothing they could do so i'm not sure where they got thaT!
 
Maybe I should just cancel my order this is agony I ordered 6s+ 64gb RG and nothing has changed I wonder if it's because of the state I'm in either way I'll never preorder again *pointless rant*

what state are you in? mine shipped today at 2:00...
same exact phone, color and gigs.
i'm in PA...
 
I finally got a FedEx tracking number from at&t for my 6s Plus rose gold 64gb.

Estimated delivery :
Tues 9/29/2015 by 8:00 pm

Congratulations. Post your time of order so we have something to compare to... It seems like all the orders prior to midnight are finally being fulfilled.
 
i'd for sure wait a day or so. Remember that if they ship it tomorrow, you're probably going to get it tuesday because they're overnighting them. Mine is overnighted but i'm getting it tuesday because unfortunately today is sunday.

I plan on that but it's just weird to me because I haven't gotten anything at all. Not even the weird activation emails you guys were getting.
 
Sounds like att screwed the pooch on 6s+ launch

Honestly I think there are many people waiting anxiously for their phone but I don't think this year is as bad as last year. Im definitely in the camp of not ordering from AT&T again because they def don't seem to be fulfilling orders in the order they were placed but, having ordered my phone just after preorders began and getting my phone the Monday after launch is not nearly as bad as last year when I ordered in the same time frame and didn't receive my phone until the middle of October. The communication was just as bad then, basically non-existent. I wish everyone including myself could have received their phones on Friday but there probably just wasn't the stock. The only big issues I see are the out of order fulfillment issues and the stupid cover-their-ass October dates for everyone. Those date were probably done that was so they wouldn't have to fill orders in the proper order. We'll never know...

So after I bought mine @ Apple and AT&T says they canceled my pre-order...of COURSE I would get a FedEx tracking notification from AT&T and a follow up email telling me my phone is on the way. Tuesday is delivery.

If anyone in the Northern TN or Southern KY need it I'll sell it to you for Apple list price. Not in it to make money. It's just that or I take it back and cancel that line.

Sooooo... fun fact guys - I didn't get any emails ever because they had my email address in wrong. I went into the store to do it and talk to them about plans so the AT&T guy did it on his iPad and I distinctly remember saying my name is spelled with one "L" in my email address (my name is Michele) and he said "I know how to spell Michele." Great. Who knows what emails I might have gotten.

I'm on the phone with AT&T now, again, and that's how I found out. She is trying to fix it now.
 
I'm mildly irritated now. This whole pre order thing has been a joke. I stayed up was one of the first few an I get my phone Monday. My sister just decided to get her phone today walked into store an is rocking rose gold as we speak. What was the point of wasting my time on pre order. All the store I heard had tons of stock.
