I posted this in another thread and want to ask here too:
Okay so I just talked to a CSR and complained (very politely) that I have gotten absolutely nothing. No email, no change, etc. He said he will put something on my account that shows that I am priority so the shippers will send me my phone as soon as possible. Have any of you guys ever heard of that or did he just tell me something?
I have not but it's possible he can do that. Most people tend to say the AT&T CSR's are out of the loop however.
