After receiving the wrong model, the 6 Plus (no "S") and calling back, I am told I have to ship this one back before they can even process the order for a new one. So far I've placed 6 calls to AT&T in an attempt to get a phone ordered properly, each call is an average of 1 hour between being put while they speak to supervisors, etc.
I understand that they cannot ship what they do not have, the problem is they can never get the order straight to begin with. So, I'll ship the phone back, pay off what's left on my Next plan then move to a different carrier. Everyone's going to have to wait for this phone regardless I know, but AT&T's customer service is awful. Not sure if the grass is any greener on the other side but I can't imagine it being any worse.
