iPhone 17 Pro Max - 256GB - Deep Blue
Order placed at 6:55 AM CST
The carrier credits are usually prorated over 3 years so if you trade in after 2 years, you won't get the full $1100.I placed an order already through Apple but am deciding about cancelling and taking advantage of that $1100 credit. Even if I prorate the credit over two years which is generally how long I keep a device, its still more than i'd get selling my 15 Pro Max.
I get that but I feel like I am leaving a lot on the table here though buying it outright. On average, I am only seeing about ~$550 for selling my 15 PM. To your point though, going this route basically locks you in for 3 years if you want the full credit. I guess pick your poison....The carrier credits are usually prorated over 3 years so if you trade in after 2 years, you won't get the full $1100.
The order process was so easy this year. I had my cart prepared yesterday and hopped on this morning 8 minutes before the hour and was able to complete order. Traded in my 16 Pro Max by paying off the $38 I still owed, and got the $1100 credit for a new Orange 17 Pro Max, 9/19 delivery. I’m ridiculously excited for the Orange, just in time for Halloween. LOL

I’m not an AARP member, however, every year when the upgrade fee hits my bill, I chat in and they remove it.How did you get that fee wavied? i did not get that, but I was not part of the Next Up program.
EDIT: Nevermind, I see you are in AARP.
Thanks I will try that next month. You just ask them to waive it because you are a loyal customer?I’m not an AARP member, however, every year when the upgrade fee hits my bill, I chat in and they remove it.
