Got a text tonight from UPS. Phone is in Indiana (i am in CA). woot!
I think in the past, if your phone was ordered and ATT had a physical unit already warehoused, you didn't get a shipping notice until it moves past the staging point. Something like that...
mine finally showed up earlier today so i’m just waiting to see the next steps from ups
Hey so I got my order through the Apple Store under AT&T financing. In the past they never tracked it down but this year the Apple Store says they expect the trade in, have they started to finally look into the NEXT up program’s? I’m just curious and wasn’t sure if anyone’s had a problem with it.
Nope, label created in Indiana, but no movement. We should be good, and expect movement this afternoon or this evening
So if it’s coming via FedEx and we aren’t able to directly sign for it will we just have to wait until some other time? I’m trying the hold for pickup option and it doesn’t work for me as well as the digital signature option. Anyone else try those options with success?
Woke up to AT&T emails that had tracking. UPS tracking status still says, “label created” while the FedEx ones have arrived in Ft Worth.
Got the same email and UPS shows the same for me.
I placed order for 2 Next Upgrades on ATT and my order was completed at 8:10AM, got 9/19 delivery date for both phones. This morning my order status shows one has shipped, the other is ready to ship, but the one saying ready to ship still says it's scheduled for tomorrow. Hoping it's just timing and maybe one pallet hasn't been scanned yet.
I mean, 9/25 orders and maybe even early October had a chance to deliver on launch date. I don’t think it was realistic to expect a November order to move up to launch date. It’s not impossible but not likely. I think it will be earlier than November but probably not tomorrow.
I’d be happy with early/mid October I just really hope I don’t actually have to wait 7 weeks. Although I’ve had every version since the OG this is my 1st ever preorder so, it’s all new to me.
FedEx phone has moved to Memphis, I live a few hours from Memphis so I don't expect any more movement until very late tonight/early morning tomorrow.

Both phones have IMEIs on the AT&T website now, so it's getting real.
My Amazon accessories are due today too, I bought a clear matte Ringke case (loved their Pixel cases so sticking with them), a Magsafe car mount/charger and an Anker magsafe charger with an Airpods charging spot. Might pick up the APP3 soon. Just depends on if the Best Buy near me has stock over the weekend.
