All discounts were given as agreed, Also one day out of nowhere 2000 rollover minutes were added to my account so now I have like 6000 rollover minutes...
 
So... I waited until the middle of this year to call again... I just called... :-D
Everything the same... Except that now I have 2 lines out of contract and one expires next month...
This time I only got a wonderful $200 discount :-D but all the other discounts are still in effect...
He said, even with this discount I'm not obligated to stay, is just to show me their appreciation...
I love AT&T :-D

Well, yes and no...
This time I certainly called hoping to get a discount, I called nicely wondering how much it would take to cancel my service, with the same Sprint has unlimited data excuse... The nice gentleman told me that he could certainly give incentives to erase the idea out of my head, I inquired about said incentives, he looked at my account, saw all the discounts that I was given last year, and offered my a $199 credit, I happily thanking him said, I'll take it! :-D
