AT&T makes Apple loog bad again

I went to AT&T store and pre-order the iPhone 4 32G with Apple Care. I want to make sure that my Unlimited Data Plan is going to stay with the new phone. I tried Apple Store online but I gave up after two hours of waiting. AT&T did it smoothly and their server is fast. They guaranty that I'm going to get the iPhone 4 on the 24th. We will see.

Please don't blame it to AT&T.
 
Sorry, but this is Apple's show. It bears responsibility. If ATT server's mamby pamby then Apple should have given ATT some assistance. It's not like this is the first time ATT's servers have screwed the pooch -- recall the first iPhone release and the weekend activation debacle that ensued.

Nope. Apple is making Apple look bad here.

So what? My wife, on VZW gets dropped calls and lousy coverage, while I on AT&T have had ZERO problems. But since YOU say VZW is much better, I should just listen to you and drop AT&T. I can't believe I almost kept a more reliable network, when I could have caved to peer pressure, thanks man.

I did not think about Apple care!!! What did it cost you out the door? As for going to an AT & T store I am not sure if that is possible:

4-5am EST, nothing
8:30am EST, nothing
10-12 times an hour since 11am EST, NOTHING

When I do get through AT&Ts mess of a server, Apple manages to screw things over for me. Release Day is going to be a nightmare. Its gonna take Apple/AT&T 2-3 days to activate all of the phones most likely, maybe even more. Apple puts out some great products, but they ALWAYS find a way to **** things up. How much does an EVO cost?

A little overboard, not once has anyone mentioned the workers who committed suicide.


Also suicide rates with workers in the same types of factories in America are almost similar.....

Agreed. I couldn't access my cart for the longest time. Apple kept randomly taking the store down. Idk why everyone things Apple is so perfect and AT&T is awful. Apple and AT&T should take equal responsibility for this mess. :rolleyes:

Besides with the server crashing today (which should be expected with an online release), I've never had a problem with AT&T.
 
learn to spell before talking about something that is perfectly fine, and you are just angry cause sucky Verizon cant have it.
 
AT&T is making Apple look bad? I didn't know AT&T advertised two color choices only to "Hahaha, you only get black" on pre-order day.

I had to wait until 8 this morning for them to fix an error on premiere in order to process my phone. Apples server was a complete joke which is still crashing at this moment. I finally was able to order one to the house. At least i'll be off that day to wait for it :D.
