I deal with AT&T all the time and while they have some terrific people to deal with they really do have some serious communications issues internally. :mad:
 
Here's a question...

Will Apple have to issue another iPhone software update once AT&T has enabled MMS? I ask because the bottom two options in this screenshot are not on my phone.

No. The OS knows that your carrier dosn't support MMS currently, so it doesn't show you the options.

Yes, it will be a small update to the carrier file(s) on the phone itself. It should take all of 2 seconds to update when it happens.
