As a valued AT&T customer, you may be eligible for an upgrade on this line, with no-commit equipment pricing and without signing a 2-year commitment. Click 'Upgrade Eligibility' to view your upgrade options.

My upgrade is March 2011. If there is an iPhone on Verizon before then, I'm gone.

Sorry for the bad news but ATT usually only allows the "master number" to be eligible first... the rest of the numbers follow the normal upgrade time line...and they base it all on how much you spend each month.

How do i know which one is the main master number? I don't think the one eligible is the main number.

As long as your bill is like $100 they let you upgrade every 12 months for the normal price.

I've had a 3GS since the June of last year and I can't upgrade until March of 2011.

Ignore what it says at the top of the upgrade page and instead look at the prices of the iPhones. If the 32GB shows $299 then you're ok.... and eligible despite what it says

Where do I find a definitive answer? When I click "check upgrade eligibility" it only says I "may" be eligible.

On June 4th, I was eligible on 6/20. Saturday I was not eligible until 11/20. Suddenly when I checked Sunday morning at 5.42 AM I am eligible NOW

Slow

Is it just me, or is AT&T's website one of the slowest around? It seems to take forever. (I've got FiOS... it's not me.)

Sorry for the dup post. It says 299 for me. Does this mean I'm eligible for a free upgrade? Also why does this confirm it?

My upgrade price for the 32GB 3GS (despite already owning this phone) is $449. I'm guessing that the new one will be the same.
