So I forwarded their email to Apple asking if these facts were accurate (before I write the FCC - which we know how effective that will be).

Nothing from Apple

Whenever I wrote Steve Jobs, I always got a response, sometimes even a phone call and follow-up from executive Corporate Headquarters. I have written Tim Cook about several important issues including the unlock one - NOT A WORD OF RESPONSE. The silence is so deafening that I even looked on line to see if he had other emails, nope.

I actually find it distressing. With Jobs, I always had the feeling he really cared and responded. I don't know what to think about Cook.
