I got the receipt for my order from ATT an hour ago and when I input my order number it says its unrecognized, also I haven't received an email. How long did you guys have to wait for this stuff?

I got the email right away.

I've been waiting for my order to show up in Order Status since 8:15 EST. Still no love for me.
 
Well it looks like I'm off to sit on the phone for an hour then.
 
About 3hrs for it to appear on their order status page and no email yet... I ordered at 5:18am EDT
 
I was able to order the iphone4 without issues. I got charged on my creditcard. i can see my order no problems on att website. only thing I am missing is the email it has been 6hrs since i ordered it still no email only email from my credit card company for the charge.I called AT&T they see the order and said I ordered it correctly and it will ship out on the 24th?
 
ordered 7 hours ago. no e-mail yet but it showed up in my order status and on my credit card.
 
I received my e-mail right away. Nothing found using the order number yet, but the e-mail said the status might not be available if the order was placed within the last 24 hours, so no worries.
 
Got the email right away. Still get the error in the online status page:

OS001: We're sorry but the information you entered was not recognized by our systems. Please contact us for further assistance.

I received the email confirmation, but when I log in to check the status of my order, I get this... Why the exclamation mark? :confused:

No email yet. I was told to call AT&T tomorrow if I haven't gotten one yet.


This year has been a total fail for AT&T.

I went to the store and pre-ordered. I just got a confirm email but it says, "...will ship on or after June 24..." :confused:

I got the same. Hope it means we have their attention. :D

perhaps it means it's currently back-ordered?
 
I did it through the Premier site and I received my confirmation e-mail right away (I ordered at 3:30AM).

When I check on my order status it says it's processing, and the charges are pending in my bank account as we speak.
 
Best way to get your comfort level up is to call your cc company and ask if there have been any authorization attempts from AT&T today.

I thought about that (and did that) but maybe the two $1 holds I see were my failed attempts thru apple.com and not AT&T's supposed success?
 
I ordered a 32GB at around 6:30am PST, email confirmation sent shortly after stamped 6:35am. Just plugged in my order #, and my status is processing. So far so good, I guess. Now, to knock on wood.

BTW, here's the rest of my preorder story for my other two lines:

16GB on the Apple Store iPhone app reserved (for Mom)
32GB white and 32GB black at BB preorder 4th in line (Wife, cancel the black if white will take too long)
