For those asking, once the 877 number says processing, you will have your phone in 1-2 business days. Usually (but not always) the next day. The websites lag behind the 877 number.

Getting so frustrated watching later orders get processed while ATT plays the deny game. The worst part is my local Apple store had my phone in Stock THREE times and I cannot buy it because I am a business account. ARGH!!!!!!

Seems like everyone who got updates today ordered SG. Where are the gold phonesssss?!?!?!

I believe it's 877-782-8870

This thread is slowing down. a lot of people are getting their phones, which is cool.

I'll hang around for a bit. It's just so nice to finally see "Shipped" on that OS page.

Guys, to reiterate, I went from Backorder - Processing - Shipped in less than 1 day.

HANG IN THERE!

Website has said preparing to ship for days. Tried the 877 number and it told me it's back ordered. ;-;

Mine always says received. is that the same processing? This is the message after I put in my order on the 877 number then it asks me if I want to speak to a rep. I have never been back ordered since day 1. Always preparing to ship

Order being processed

I placed a premier order for a 6+ 64 GB SG slightly after midnight and received confirmation email in the afternoon and texts from AT&T at 3:56 PM on 9/12.

I've been stuck in the 10/2 - 10/13 queue along with everyone else and monitoring this thread obsessively since it started. I finally got the "order is processing" message from 877 about 14 hours ago. I have not received any shipping or tracking notifications.

I'm still waiting and hoping for good news soon!

Use the AT&T activation link, then turn off your phone and back on. If this doesn't work, just keep trying the activation link.

I did it for my GF last weekend; i had to use the activation link couple times, even though it said I already completed registration, I went through it couple more times, and BAM! LTE
