you are not forgotten some of us still seeing how things are going. I do love my new phone SG 128 GB Plus. Just what I wanted, kinda a mini mini ipad phone in a way perfect. But the camera is what I wanted. Worth the wait and hassle.

Hope you all get your products sooner, it seems to me that the logjam is starting to move in spurts.

Ups just changed my delivery date. Was supposed to get my phone today and I just got a email from ups saying that it's going to be delivered on monday. This sucks but at least I know when it's coming and I'm not confused by the multiple att statuses. Anybody else get delayed? Anybody get their tracking number?

Got it, it's fantastic. The size is terrific.

AT&T, however still sucks hard. Started the activation at 3:30 PM MDT. Still not activated. When I started the activation it deactivated my 5.

I can receive inbound iMessages, but can't send anything out.

Called AT&T about an hour ago.

"It can take up to four hours for the activation process to complete. Please continue to use your old device in the meanwhile."

"I told you that the old device deactivated as soon as I started the activation process."

"There is nothing I can do to speed this up for you sir."

Not sure if any of you saw my post about AT&T's self congratulatory statements about the launch on my conference call today.

They are the worst.

Rebooted the phone and it is connected now - nice if they would have mentioned that possibility when I spoke to them.

I used to have my phones activated at stores and such. But someone on our thread here gave me the advice to reboot, that does work.

Just checked my email and I got an email from att @ 8:03( just saw it now) talking about a change with my account ( got nervous) followed the link it took me to my account ( weird). Then not even a minute later got a email from ups with a tracking number. At first I thought it was the case I ordered but then I followed the tracking number and it had att wireless on the my choice app. So it will arrive tomorrow. Hope everyone that hasn't seen a change in status gets one soon and get a tracking number.

This does seem to be the begining of the week that our statuses are changing, hope you all get yours soon, I really am enjoying mine (arrived at noon yesterday) 128 GB SG Plus

Got my tracking number around 8:30 PM
Actually got the email about my AT&T plan first then went to check status.

So timeline:

Ordered around 9/12 5 AM EST
Got email confirmation 9 AM EST 9/12
Got two texts on Saturday morning 9/13
Got in the 10/2-10/13 date
On 9/25 Through 877 number got moved from back ordered to in progress somewhere between 4:30 AM and 8:15 AM
Got tracking number at 8:30 PM
Delivery supposedly on 9/26

Whew!
To those still awaiting orders stay patient and best of luck. Soon we will all forget the pain of these past weeks while we are enjoying out new gadgets.

Got my 6+ 64gb sg today. Well worth the wait. Not trying to brag. Just wanted to say hold in there. It is coming soon.

Word of advice. Do not follow the activation instructions that comes with your phone. I have read about it taking hours to activate them and that is crazy. Just call 611 from your old phone. It will recognize that you just upgraded and ask if you are ready to activate. Hit 1 to say yes, enter phone #, zip, and lat 4 of your social. It will tell you to turn off the new phone, wait 5 minutes and when you turn it back on you will be good to go.

ENJOY!!!

Interesting, another good tip. I did the activation with the link put the two numbers on back of box that they wanted. It was done in a minute or two. I did have to reboot the phone (same advice) and it works.

Got mine today around 1pm....love it. All the complaints about it being too big, I'm not seeing it. Sure, takes some getting used to, but I'm already able to text and maneuver with one hand.

My experience exactly. I got the template from online we put on cardboard in office so I knew the size would work.

It does take getting used to. My gut reaction it is a mini-mini ipad phone. But you soon start learning different ways of using and with iOS 8 and all I am liking it. And I got the image stabilization lense I really wanted and which moved me from my 5s

It seems like they are shipping them out at an even faster rate now. I bet by the end of next week, some of the 10/12-10/23 people will start having their phones shipped.

As others have said in this thread, unless you know for certain you can get one tomorrow or in the coming days, keep your preorder. It will be well worth the wait!

Yes that is what it seems. And I got mine yesterday, it came overnight Fedex after I got my notification.

The logjam for us 10/2-10/13 folks seems to be breaking up, sometimes in spurts and trickles and sometimes slowly but changing. I seem to recall some comments that this would happen and much would start to move just before those dates.

UPS made me crazy. I got up and dressed early when I saw my phone out for delivery at 7:19 a.m.

We've only lived here a few months so I have no experience of where my house falls along the UPS route. As it turns out we did not get our phones until a little after 6 pm. The driver didn't even get a signature. He rang the bell and startled my nine-year-old, who dropped a container of jewelry beads everwhere and that noise startled a cat and the cat jumped in the air and rolled down a few stairsteps and came up spitting and poofed out. Insane cat. By the time I made my way past them the driver had left the front porch.

I ran out and yelled a thanks to the driver as he headed to his truck. Which caused him to log the entry "met woman customer" for my delivery notation. Yeah sure we met. I never saw his face.

I was good and waited another couple of hours so my husband and I could unbox the phones together. Like an idiot I activated my phone. I didn't stop to think that I don't have a case for it yet. As soon as the new phone activated the old one deactivated. It will be a pain to switch them back. So I'm going to line a ziplock with cloth and carry it that way until I get a case this weekend. I'm only carrying it that way to pick up the kid from school. The Sena case I really want won't be available for weeks. So I'll get a cheap temp one.

I ordered Sept 12th 3:20 AM ET and had my confirmation email at 3:45 AM ET. Not Premier. I thought for sure I'd be getting one of the 6+ 64 GB SG's that went out in this last batch yesterday. Promised myself I wouldn't get pissed and I'd be patient. Well, that's not working anymore. Watching too many people that ordered after me getting phones and starting to really tire of AT&T's incompetence. First come first serve my ass. I'm going to start carpet bombing AT&T on Twitter today with the #AT&Tfail and see if I can bring them to their knees. LOL

whoa, what the bleep happened there? That's the sort of thing that had me nervous when our phones didn't turn up until 6 pm-ish yesterday. To their credit even though the notification claimed an overall 3 pm delivery deadline, it also said residential delivery deadline was the end of the day. They just didn't specify what they considered end of the day.

Ive had it happen to me before, where the driver just goes back to UPS with my shipment on the truck and logging a notice that they will deliver tomorrow. Just because the driver could not finish the route by a certain time, I guess--because I most certainly was there to sign for my delivery. That's been around the winter holidays though.

Well...good luck to you. That's a very well traveled phone!

If its overnight I believe they do ship on saturday. It's all about the service that is used. All of these orders ship with overnight. So at the latest you'll get it is monday if your tracking comes today. I think if you get tracking today... it'll be coming tomorrow

How did you get your $40 fee waived? I did a chat with billing over my displeasure for being charged the "activation" fee on a phone that was back ordered but she told me the the fee comes with the order, not the phone. She wouldn't budge. How'd you do it?
