How can the app say a tracking number but the site not? Doesn't the site push to the app?

Yes Indeed, i was sitting in front of my desk with the 2 sites + app... and i would thought that is how it works. but somehow app showed the tracking...
But then again i would have called CSR and i would have had another answer.
That shows how tucked up is the customer data from ATT

How did you get your $40 fee waived? I did a chat with billing over my displeasure for being charged the "activation" fee on a phone that was back ordered but she told me the the fee comes with the order, not the phone. She wouldn't budge. How'd you do it?

I dialed 611. Chit-chatted for about 20 minutes, expressed my concerns about my order, my frustration with the customer relations, and said I was going to leave att for a provider who doesn't charge upgrade fees and she dropped it to keep me.

I asked her why no one else offered this in prior phone calls, She said that 'It's at the discretion of the individual service rep to make the decision to allow any refunds/credits.'

So basically, whoever you talked to was an ass.

This was probably the 20th person I've talked to though since 9/19. I've even gone at it with the @att Twitter in direct messages with no help. So you have to keep trying.

I tried every other number before and just got rude/clueless CSR's.
 
Do not cancel. Those dates are estimates as mine were. Look in my signature below at my dates...and my phone shipped out 2 hours ago UPS.


just FYI but on some browsers like mobile browsers the signature does not show up below or within the thread.

I just tried again and got the same response … I don't have the energy to keep trying … it's too frustrating but I admire you for your tenacity … hope we get our phones before the S model comes out :)

FedEx says it will but its still in Indianapolis, IN @ 7:42am and I am in Madison, WI.

I don't get how they are sending out the phones but it sucks.

Same phone 64gb SG +. Premier. 9/12 9:31 am. Stuck at 10/31 - 11/11. No movement. 877 back order.
 
Unbelievable issues with UPS, check out the tracking below, it was out for delivery yesterday but then all hell broke loose! Took a 3 state tour and now headed back to my area.

That's crazy. Mine was supposed to get delivered today but ups sent me another email saying delivery is now Monday. first attempt now ups is messing up orders. I'm located in Philadelphia too

Exact same circumstances as you except i ordered at 9:20am, and my 877# went from backorder to processing yesterday at 2pm, but no tracking numbers yet? :(

I checked this morning around 7 and didnt have a tracking #. Came in to work and around 8:45 I checked my order and found tracking #....So hopefully youll get yours REALLY soon

I hope so! Would be even better if I got a Saturday delivery. I had just started to accept that I would have to wait until 13 Oct or longer so this would be great news. :D
 
Call me obsessive but at 9:03 i was still at processing through 877. Now at 9:22 i got the message that it has been shipped!

64 GB SG ordered between 1-2 pm on the 12th. Premier customer located in Delaware. Had the 11/9-11/27 ship dates.

Havent gotten one. Still being processed thru premier and one of the att pages went from preparing to ship to shipped.

Theres another att page to check your status but i dont know how to get there. The one where it just gives you or order info in a row and had the qty ordered, qty backordered etc boxes

Ok i found the other att order status page. It has my tracking and a delivery date of monday. Was really hoping to have it this weekend but better than november i guess
