especially seen people (also non-premier) who have ordered later than me same everything and they got theirs already. the regular six i ordered for my mom same color and same gigs. her dates were 10/13-10/31 hers arrived 22 sept shipped on 19 sept.
Still here, ordered a 6+ 128gb SG at 12:30am PST on the 12th, confirmation email a few mins later at 12:33am. Went to Preparing to Ship that weekend and has stayed there ever since.
Frustrating, but the email was upfront with a 10/2 to 10/13 ship date from the start, so I can't legitimately get upset til later this week.
Yeah this is complete bs! I understand that mine is taking long because I ordered late on launch and because I'm not premiere but this wait is ridiculous. Two years ago I made the same mistake with my iPhone 5 and it was on backorder for about a week 1/2. I thought this year it'd be different but this is a lesson learned. Never again will I pre order from AT&T.
I wasnt part of the five debocal. (also heard some people were shipped emty boxes (now that would really suck). I still have my 4 and my mom 3g. so big update for us. I have been waiting for the bigger screen.
I can see giving the stores some iphones for launch day the 19th so people can do the big stand in line thing. I can also see holding shipments for preorders until shipping time for them to arrive at peoples homes on the 19th. but to continue to send shipments to stores before pre orders are filled after the 19th is just wrong. this will be my last upgrade for a long time as i hopefully will have the bigger screen that i waited for some day. Hopefully this year lol
Lol that sucks. I don't understand how that can happen. Damn, that's a pretty big upgrade. The thing is, out of 500,000 iPhone's only 140,000 pluses are being made due to the fact that 50% are being thrown away. I really hate AT&T and APPLE right now. But hey, if waiting longer means they won't bend, I'm somewhat fine with that then but I'm still mad that it's not in my hands, yet.
I can understand how empty boxes happened I worked in a factory years ago.
i am upset with apple as they have known for years we wanted bigger screens. so they knew this would be big sales. iphone 5 people would upgrade and the rest of us who have been holding out. not to mention people who left apple for bigger screens eslewhere.

as for bending screens I went to an att&t store played with the 2 phones and tried bending them, I am not a gorilla but I am not a weakling either lol but they did not bend. consumer reports tested them up to 90 lbs causing a slight bend and I think it was 130 really bent bad and separated but it still worked lol they tested the iphone 5 and other brands also. so how much does someone weigh to bend it in their pocket, never said front or back pocket either.
