I hear you.. i have been waiting for this upgrade a long time as my last upgrade was/still is the 4 and thats not 4s lol
I did call today and chewed out suposedly 3 levels of supervisors the forth supposedly was at lunch. asked them to explain why people who ordered later than us and the same phone not premier got there phones and we still dont all the could and would do was the bs blanket statement and blame apple. I told them bs apple doesnt control first come first serve. not to mention they request how many phones they want well before production. so apple knows how many to make at the start and i also told them thats why i dont work for att&t anymore. And that they need to get off their butts and read the forums to know what is really happening. I also told them that they are about to lose a lot of customers over this bs. I have been with them cell wise since 1997 and am about to leave. and home phone a lot longer.
hope this makes you feel a little better. I vented for all of us.

something is definately wrong with that. not that calling them will do much but worth a try you might get lucky and get someone who knows what they are doing.
