Yeah, what sucks the most is that my brother and I ordered the same phones at the same time on the 12th.......near 4am EST. He is in Maine and I am in Florida, he ordered from Apple and I ordered from ATT because I couldn't get into the Apple store site.
Now he is texting me pictures of his new phone, the box, the case, his dog using the phone......I am not sure who will be injured first.....my bro or??? Yeah, him.....because he is taunting and all of us here have ZERO patience for taunting at this point.

Sounds like there wasn't movement again today. Yesterday was such a glimmer of hope - today went back to being depressing lol
Talked to csr twice a few weeks ago, got now where, one guy even told me to try the stores, lol! I didnt bother trying back due to all the experiances on here with att csr!
So i got a bug in my a$@ and called a few minutes ago, the lady was actually Extremely helpful, and said i should have gotten my phone. So she updated my info and said i should have a tracking # no later than mon.!!! Fingers crossed!!! #

I feel for all those that ordered on the 12th and are still waiting. I ordered on the 17th and was told the end of November estimates were correct. My problem is people ordered even after me and have better dates.....checked all ATT stores and cannot go through Apple. Have no choice but to wait....

Still waiting for my 6 plus 64 gig space grey. i ordered 9/12 and they didnt physically process it till 9/17 because their systems screwed up my credit card info and zipcodes.
my mom's was ordered right after mine on the 12th. she had problem with credit card and was able get thru to someone on 9/12 and they re ran her card and it actually processed.
i had to have my card re ran 3 times 2 calls within 2 hours from eachother!
so anoying

Same with me. I originally ordered on the 12th but my order confirmation showed the wrong gb. So I called to get it fixed and I had to completely reorder and it didn't get processed until the 17th!! So my shipping dates are 11/9-11/27 and I have no choice but to wait since I can't get it anywhere else.

I ordered on the 13th and have delivery dates from Nov 7 - 25 - 6+ silver 128.I originally ordered on the 12 at 3:40 but they messed up something and had to put in my order again. My dates have not budged and I never even got a confirm email but its active in their system. The 877 number doesnt work either bc it says multiple orders and connects me automatically to a CSR. I really do feel for those who ordered on the 12 and dont have their phone yet - I wish the supply would just catch up already!
I ordered 2 SG 128 6 pluses on 9/21. So I shouldn't be bitching but am because of those ordering after getting better dates. My brother and I got estimated shipping dates of 11/29-11/07.
I do not understand those ordering before me getting dates later than that other than I'm premier and went into the ATT store. Honestly I hope my brothers ships first. He's been dealing with an iPhone 4 with a cracked screen for years before I did this for him.

I hear you, I ordered on the 12th and got 10/31-11/11 same phone as u. after being on this forum i think I am the only who got those dates. oh and yes still on back order and preparing to ship. hasnt change since day one.
Ugh - I just talked to a csr who proceeded to feed me a whole speech on how orders are organized in lines - the store, the preorder and the online ordering after the phone was available. So he said the preorder line was just nuch longer and get fewer allotments. I couldn't help myself but I was like that's not fair what's the point of preordering and he promptly switched me to premier which has no support on weekends. SO FRUSTRATING.
so does that mean the store first and then in store preorders then online preorders if so that csr is wrong as I went in store to preorder and am still on backorder and others with online orders have their phones and others who have ordered after us. some reps just make it up as they go along it is just an opinion. the ones that really know is the warehouse and they get the order that the computer spits outs and check for the phone that fits that order and puts it in the box to ship out. as one member on the forum mentioned it is the IT department who is srewing up and that member is right as they are the ones who write the software script that puts the orders in the priority to be filled.

mine is still processingwell i am debating weather i really want to take a 4 hour drive or not that store seems to be getting silver and gold, 128g pluses in.
