AT&T Pre-order status iPhone 6 Plus (only)

I would have a at least waited till I had a phone in had befor canceling my order
 
11/9 11/27 here, still on backorder. Happy to see orders are moving here all of a sudden for other people.
 
Have an up date thought I would never say this but the iPhone 6+ sg 16gb that I order has shipped and has a delivery date for the 7th
 
for you guys that cancelled your pre-order, did you do it online or by the phone? If phone, what number?

Also, was your eligibility/upgrade immediately added back to your account? I'm so fed up i'm probably going to cancel this pre-order and grab a regular 6.

This is what I get when I try to cancel online:

"Change or cancel an order
We're sorry, but because we begin processing your order as soon as we receive it, you can't change or cancel the order."

ugh...

now the 866 number is saying the 128GB SG 6+ I ordered on 09.12 at 0258 is on backorder. it didn't say that earlier today. I had a shipping range of 10.02 to 10.13
 
Delivered 2 Months Early, Not Surprised!

all previous pre-orders with Apple, never pre-order again with AT&T or any carrier.

Friday 9/12 pre-ordered 12:03am local time. Apple.com/Apple Store App "hanging" issues...

Friday 9/12 5:03am email/text confirmed order received.

Friday 9/12 11:03am email/text credit card issues*, what a mess to cleared up credit card issues with AT&T, long-hold, few customer reps didn't know what to do/transferred to other departments/calls disconnected, etc.

*note contacted credit card company few days in advance major purchases on 9/12

Wednesday 9/17 11:03am email/text confirmed order processed.

Estimate delivery 11/9 to 11/27.

Saturday 9/27 5:09pm email/text order shipped (Next Day Air Saver).

Tuesday 9/30 received iPhone 6 Plus - 64GB - SG.
 
So the pre-order I had with AT&T I cancelled. Went in today and picked up a silver iPhone 6+ 128gb. I had to order it with the 2 year contract, but once at the store it just took a little time for them to change it to the AT&T Next program and refund the 582 or so to my credit card. I had the 128gb SG 6+ on pre-order which I pre-ordered at 12:45am on the 12th and was stuck in backorder hell. Never will pre-order through AT&T again. Stoked to have my phone and hope that you guys waiting will get through faster since I cancelled! This thing is big you guys, so if you have smaller hands I definitely suggest checking it out in person. I have pretty decent size hands and it still feels big. I do love having the big screen and it really makes me think of just getting rid of my iPad all together since at this point this thing is even more powerful than my iPad Air since it has the A8 Processor in it. Sorry for the rant, I'm doing my backup of my 5s right now and then restoring the new one from the backup. On a side note, I had upgraded my 5s to iOS 8 and all of my voice memos got deleted! I was pissed because I use these for song ideas for my music. Lucky I looked in my iTunes folder and they are all there. Something to watch out for!
 
Finally!!!! my 6+ 16gig SG has shipped!!! after 3 weeks of waiting with a order confirmation placed on 9/12 3:11am est non premier . !:D
 
Ordered my iphone 6+ 128 gold on 9/12 1230am pst.

877 just went from backordered 12 hours ago to shipped by USPS and with tracking number.

Hope everyone gets their phones soon!

It looks like 128s are hitting the 30 minute order mark.
I was 45 minutes after preorders began. 12:45 pst
 
So my SG iPhone 6 16 gb plus shipped - pre-ordered on pre order date on time just like everyone else, and even at the end they are screwing up with me...2nd day delivery? WTF...why no t next day like all others. Such a BS! well at least it will be here Tuesday:rolleyes:.

Trade In Email

I too set my alarm clock for 2:45am Eastern on the 12th and finally got a confirmation that the order for by 6+ sg 128 was a success. I have been stuck in the 10/2-10/13 rut like a lot of other folks here.

Despite calls, emails, etc. I have seen no differences but I did get an email yesterday about my trade in option once I receive my new phone. Anyone else get anything similar?

I guess I am being hopeful that maybe this is a sign....
 
If there is anything we have all learned from this whole ordeal is that if you want to preorder do it through Apple. ATT doesn't know the meaning of preorder . Even if Apple's site is down, don't cave. Just be patient and order from Apple.
 
Hey guys, been lurking this forum since I preordered, decided to join up to give me some place to lament! Similar story, preordered the 128 gig 6 plus SG, been in the 10/31 - 11/11 holding pattern since. A friend on FB literally ordered his phone (6 plus SG, not sure of the storage) after he saw my post about ordering one. Well, he got his phone yesterday. The At&T reps are zero help, very confused to why he got his before mine.

People are getting phones just try and bend them, yet we are waiting forever. Very frustrating.
